I went back and read through Conflictions and The Ripper: Found and I just realized how much I've matured as a writer up until now.. yay. Hopefully I've gotten better otherwise I don't even know what to do with my life anymore.

Amelia's Pov|Half an Hour Later|Door of her house ((I know I'm skipping a lot but oh well, we'll say she somehow got a ride that didn't ask her questions and wasn't dangerous that helped her out a bit and yes Luke has been following the entire time))

I sighed quietly, grasping the cold doorknob to my house. One I'd hadn't seen in a while, and pushing it open. Inside everything was turned off, the only thing that gave light in the room was my old television. Which was currently just complete static.

I stepped inside slowly and took off my jacket, throwing it onto the floor in front of the door after I'd closed it. I didn't really care. I was just glad I was home. My friends! My family! I'm back! I can see you! I screamed internally, but only squeaked in real life. I felt an overall joy take over me, but at the same time I felt like something was going to go wrong. Like something would ruin this all.

Shrugging off my suspicions, I ran into my kitchen, plugging back in my home phone and pressing the play messages button. Immediately, I heard the voice of my Aunt Sue, "Can't wait to see you guys when you get here. I'm so sorry about everything thats happened." That would explain why nobody's here, I thought, sighing as I moved over to the fridge, pulling open to see all that was in it were a few water bottles and sour cream. I scrunched my nose and closed the fridge.

So, not only were my family not here, but I also had nothing to eat. I sighed and trudged back over to the door, slipping on my shoes and walked up to my room. As I peeled the door open I noticed everything had been left as it was, nothing was moved or changed. Yet strangely it felt so different. Like everything had changed. All I knew is that I'd have to warm back up to my house.

I  trudeged up to my room, throwing the door open to see nothing had been switched or misplaced. Even my hamper of laundry from the last time I was here was still laying at the edge of my bed, a few shirts spilling from the front.

I moved over my kitten pillow, that looked as if something had died on it. But it didn't take me long to come to the conclusion someone, wearing mascara, had cried and held my pillow while doing it. I sighed as I lifted my emergency money. I had to get food. But a part of me just wanted to stay and surprise my family when they got back.

And to try and clean the pillow.

"Amelia," I heard Luke's voice in the back of my head and tried to shove it out. I didn't want to think about him right now, I couldn't think about him right now. I'd feel guilty. Hell, maybe I'd try to contact them and go back.

No, I wouldn't. I couldn't. I can't and I won't.

I trudged back to the kitchen, flicking the lights off. They were off when I first got here.. I think. Maybe I was too caught up in the moment to realize they weren't, I have no idea. I didn't really want to think about it anyway. I had other things to think about. Like food.

I heard my stomach growl as I moved over to the phone, picking it up off the charger and dialling the familiar number of Pizza Hut. Thank god they delivered. After making it all the way back here in the cold, I didn't feel like walking there and back. My feet were still numb and acheing.

After the second ring, someone answered, a familiar voice. "Pizza Hut, how may I assist you tonight?"

"Jenna!" I burst, almost letting tears fall from my eyes. It had been so long since I'd heard my sisters voice and my heart was racing with joy at the sound of it.
