A/N: Sorry this chapter is so late at night, I've been really busy today! Enjoy!! :)

Emma's POV:

After my encounter with Hook I couldn't help but worry. I mean I invited the man who tried to kidnap me to a PRIVATE meeting. For all I knew this time tomorrow I'd be dead. But yet something deep down inside me was telling me that I would be okay and that Hook wouldn't hurt me. I finally reach home and I'm met at the door by Snow. She greets me,

"Hey Emma! Oh honey what's wrong? You're face looks flushed. Is everything okay?"

I don't want to tell her what happened just yet because then she wouldn't let me go tomorrow and I needed to go. So I decide to lie,

"What? Oh yeah everything is fine just tired. Long day at work,"

She buys it and sits across on the couch from me. Just then David comes into the room and sits down next to Snow and hands me a cup of tea. David asks,

"Are you sure? You seem super anxious,"

"Well it's not like Cora is after me and I practically am a walking wanted poster. I mean I can't even go through Storybrooke without having to look over my shoulder do see if Hook is behind me,"

"Wait a minute Em, you didn't say anything about Hook, he's helping her?"

Shit, I think to myself, I forgot, I didn't tell them about Hook!

"Uh yea," I start, "I forgot to mention Hook was there with Cora,"

"Emma that's pretty big, don't you think you would have remembered that?" David asks suspiciously.

"Maybe I don't know I'm just really freaked out," I reply to try and detour the conversation.

"Oh, honey we're sorry we shouldn't be pressuring you just go to bed hon," Snow sweetly says.

"Okay, goodnight, love you guys," I say.

(Mid-Afternoon of the Next Day...)

Hook's POV:

I walk out of my apartment into the afternoon sun and begin to make my way toward the hideaway to tell Cora what happened with Miss Swan. When I get there she meets me at the door with a hideous snarl on her face.

I say, "Woah did someone wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning?"

"SHUT UP!" she snaps. I put my hand up defensively and just take a step back.

"Where is Swan?" she spats.

"Oh right about that, you see, she wasn't there," I lie, "Apparently she went home early so I was the one stuck outside looking like a total lunatic,"

"Oh like that's any different than how you normally look," she says.

I put my hook to my chest as if hurt by her comment even though it didn't faze me a bit.

"Well since that's done with, I shall be on my way!" I say as I walk away. Before she could review a new plan with me I'm already out of ear shot. So I make my way down to the docks where I will wait out the rest of the day until eight tonight.

(Eight o'clock)

Emma's POV:

I get behind Granny's at exactly eight. I'm nervous as hell but I try not to show it. I end up waiting for two minutes before finally the outline of a figure comes out of the shadows. I instinctively move my hand toward my gun but I don't draw. Hook puts his hand up defensively and says very slowly,

"I'm not going to hurt you, I promise,"

But I still don't take my hand off my gun.

"So," he starts, "Why exactly did you arrange to have me meet you here? It's been puzzling me for quite sometime," he finishes as he looks me up and down.

I feel very self conscious as he does this but I don't show any weakness. I speak up,

"I want to know, why you didn't take me,"

Hook's POV:

This statement throws me off my game, I didn't expect it that soon,

"Well, you see lass," I begin, "I saw something in you that made me stop. Believe me I was going to but I didn't and I'm sorry to break it to you but I really don't know why, that's the best explanation I can come up with,"

She slowly takes her hand off of her gun, I try to move toward her to pass the final test of loyalty but she hesitates, then slowly she walks up to me.

Emma's POV:

I look him deep in the eye, his beautiful blue eyes and we just stay there like that gazing into eachother's eyes, practically lost.

Hook's POV:

I finally break away even though it hurts to. I then say to her,

"Meet me here again tomorrow night same time,"

And with that, I walk away.

Emma's POV:

I'm not sure what happened but I felt a spark and I'm sure he felt it too. But that's impossible good guys can't love bad guys. But maybe, they can.

A/N: Sorry this chapter was so long but once I get typing I can't stop. I hope you enjoyed it though! I got feels just writing it! STAY AWESOME :)
