i picked up my camera and hang the strap on my neck

i also put my phone on my pocket

i went to the river gerard showed me before

i took several photos of it

this place never failed to amuse me

why did it took me so long to come back here?

i stayed just there just listening the sound of the nature whispering in my ears

after few hours,

i came out of the trees and saw gerard sitting on the swing

"y/n!"

he ran towards me and pulled me in a tight hug

"i thought you never came"

he rested his head in my shoulder

"i'm sorry,

i — just came to the river today to take some photos,

i'm really sorry"

"i'm so worried"

i burried my eyes into his shoulders,

just after that, i started crying

"y/n? are you crying?"

he looked at me

"why? are you okay,

did i say something,

i'm sorry,

"no, i'm just so guilty thay i made you upset,

i'm really sorry gerard,

i should've just texted you so you won't be worried,

i'm so fucking irresponsible."

i dig my head harder to his shoulders

i can feel gerard stroking my back

i pulled off and sat to the swing,

i gave an awkward laugh

"i'm still shocked though" gerard said

"you just cussed a while ago,

i laughed

"i tried hard not to cuss around you so you won't feel uncomfortable,

then you curse, after all?"

i laughed,

after a while of laughing, he joined too
