He is in his own criminal world. He is a lone wolf yet feared by the largest of groups. Eventually he ended up in the home of Rosenwood but was too dangerous to be alone and so he is constantly watched and monitored by Rin.
Ability! - state of manor manipulation state of matter manipulation. User can control the state of matter of anything in the area around them. For example Akira can mentally use the gas partials around to make a solid sharp blade and kill someone instantly. Or use water and turn it solid to kill someone who has their head in it. This ability Shouldn't be mistaken for being able to reshape objects, particularly solid. unfortunately this ability doesn't come with much weakness after all the time it ales them to form a gas into a solid and penetrate a person isn't something you can easily react too. The only weakness this power has is the other member on rosenwood with the same ability who would also share the same weakness towards Akira.

Used to be in an illegal criminal organization with Rin in the past, but due to Rin's mistake his teammates and closest friends got slaughtered. He hates Rin with passion and will not stop until he kills him.
Hyosuke of course can grow wings because he is a seraphim and this means he has flight. But as a seraphim he is able to travel at speeds much faster then most humans, though it can appear like teleportation as he shoots from place to place in a second. If it's far then maybe 5 seconds. But Hyosuke's ability allows him to travel through air without having any sort of wind force knocking him back. He can step on the air and choose to make it solid or a liquid whenever he wishes- the same state of manor manipulation as Akira
