Well today's the day. I got up and got dressed. I put on a Black and Red Crop Top, White Shorts, and my Infrared 3's. I added my White "Love" Beanie.

I walked downstairs and saw Harlem's mom. That's it.

"Hey Ms. Santos" I hugged her.

"Hey Lani, um I have to work today, Mally is going with Harlem to Quan's house for Thanksgiving Dinner" I sighed. She works all the time to pay the bills for this house.

"I'll save you a plate" She smiled.

"Thank you, and you have fun" I smiled and hugged her again.

"Have a great day at work" I kissed her cheek and walked out. I haven't spoken to Alonte since what happened so I'm not sure if he's even coming.

I walked to the Rec center and decided to hang there for a while.

Alonte

I walked downstairs and sat at the bar.

"Lonte, what the hell is up? You've been moping around for the past week" My mom asked sliding me my breakfast.

"Mama, last week, after chilling with Lani for a while, I fucked this random chick, and Lani caught me" I put my head down.

"Alonte Malik Warren"

"That's not even the worst part, I don't think.....I told her that since we weren't dating she shouldn't be worried about me, and that I don't need her" I looked up and felt a sting. My mom just slapped me.

"Now have you talked to her?" I shook my head.

"She gave me the Benz keys back, and everything else I bought her" My mom looked at me confused.

"Everything?"

"Every single thing, Keys, Clothes, shoes, phone cases, jewelry, everything"

"Lonte, I don't care what you say, if she gave you back everything, that proves how much you meant to her" It was my turn to be confused.

"What?"

"She apparently didn't need anything you gave her if she gave it back, she just wants you" I ran my hand over my face.

"Mom, I fucked up"

"Well I'm gonna go hang with Hazel today, since she's working all day, do you have plans?"

"I did, Lani wanted me to come with her to her mom's house, but I don't know if she-"

"Go get dressed, don't worry bout Tay, I'm taking him for the day" I looked at her for a sec. "GO!"

I walked upstairs and found something nice. I picked out a White Polo Button Down, Faded True's, And My Tan Timberlands. I added my Silver Rolex, and Jesus Chain. I edged myself up and sprayed some cologne.

I ran downstairs and picked up my White Ashton Martin Keys.

"I'm out mama" I kissed her cheek and kissed Tay's forehead. "Bye buddy"

"You better get her back Lonte" I laughed.

"Aight" I grabbed my phone and hopped in the car.

It was 2 O'Clock. I walked to my house and saw Alonte walking up the steps. I sped up and tapped him. He turned around smiling.

"Leilani" I mugged him and walked in the house.
