"Lonte, nigga get up" I stretched and looked up, seeing Quan and Zay standing in my bedroom doorway.

"Why? My momma got Tay, I have nothing important to do" I argued back.

"Well your mom wanted all of us to have lunch together, and here this was in your mailbox" Zay said handing me an envelope.

I looked in it and anger became my feeling. I tore it up, and threw it in the garbage. That bitch.

I showered and got dressed. I put on a Black and Yellow Young and Restless tee, Denim Levi's, and My Black and Yellow 14's.

I smiled at the pics of me and my brother. He died from a gang rivalry shootout, which is why I stormed out on Alonte that day.

I had recently posted the pics to my Instagram. One with me, him, and his daughter Macy, who is now 3,Another with me and him at Footlocker, and the last one of me and Macy eating ice cream.

I never really spoke about my brother just cause I don't like to. I sat in my living room, and turned on Instant Mom.

"Lani, I'm bout to go to work, can you watch Macy?" Oh and did I mention Maliyah, Macy's mom and Mace are staying here.

"Yeah, I might go out so don't be surprised if you walk in Mace's room and see toys everywhere" I yelled.

"Okay" She kissed Macy and left. Ever since my miscarriage, I've been spoiling the shit outta Macy.

"Auntie Lani, I'm hungry" I got up and picked her up.

"Aight bug, what you want?" I asked.

"I don't know" I laughed then my phone rung. It said Ja'Quan.

"Hello?"

"Man, Lani, you wrong as hell, but Auntie Liyah's having lunch and wanted you to come" I rolled my eyes.

"Aight, and I'm bringing somebody" I hung up and sat Macy down. "Alright pickle, we're going over somebody's house for lunch" She cheered and we walked upstairs.

After bathing and everything, we got dressed. I put on a Red Crop top, Ripped Denim skinny jeans, and my Carmine 6's.

I straightened my hair and put a Red "Boss" Beanie on.

I brought Macy into my room and got her dressed. I put her in a Red Little Mermaid Tee, Denim Skinny Jeans, and her Carmine 6's. I braided two braids going down the sides of the front of her hair, and pulled it into a ponytail.

"You ready princess?"

"Yes" She yelled. I picked her up, and we got in my car. I buckled her in her car seat, and pulled off.

Once we arrived, we walked in and all eyes were on us.

"Lani" I walked over to the girls holding Macy's hand.

"Hey Harlem, Hey Cece" They looked from me to Macy, then back at me.

"And this is?" Cece asked.

"Macy, remember, my niece?" I said.

"OMG, that's her?" Harlem jumped up.

"Yeah"

"How old is she?" Harlem continued.

"3" Harlem picked her up.

"I didn't know Javon had a daughter" Cece said tickling her.

"Yeah"
