¥¥ 3 Years Later ¥¥

Well these past 3 years have been crazy. Lani and I have one more year of college left, but are doing good. I still go to the trap, only on the weekends tho.

Quan and Harlem are finishing up school and graduate this year. Cece and Zay are in Atlanta at Spellman and Morehouse.

As for the kids, Tay is 4, and a mess, Macy is 6, and a diva, the twins are 3, and tearing up everything.

"Daddy, Daddy, can we watch Gabba Gabba?" The twins asked running in me and Lani's room.

"Yeah, hold on" I said. I slipped on my Grey Nike slides, and picked them up. We got downstairs, and I sat them on the couch.

"Lonte, Auntie Lani said she has to go to work, so you have to watch the kids" Macy said following me into the kitchen.

"Aight, you're gonna help me okay"

"Only if I get paid" Y'all see this right?

"Fine" I handed her a $5 bill. "Good enough?"

"Yep"

I made breakfast, and Lani finally came downstairs.

"Morning" I said.

"Hi"

"Hey mommy"

I pulled up to Luke's house, and got all the kids out. We walked in, and Luke was watching a Football game.

"Grandpa, Grandpa!" The kids ran to him.

"Hey, Hey Alonte, what's up?" He asked. I sat on the couch and laid back.

"Nothing, Lani's at work, so I gotta watch the kids, with Macy's help" I said. Tay climbed on my lap, and laid on me.

"Daddy, I'm bored"

"Oh, I got something for the kids" Luke said.

We followed him downstairs, and he opened up the door.

"A Ball Pit" Macy yelled. All the kids ran and jumped in.

"Can they stay here, I gotta stop to make" I said.

"You got an hour, after that, I'm charging" He said. He was serious too.

I pulled up to the trap and walked in.

"Yo L, DJ reset the money, so this week's savings is in your office" Quan said.

I walked in my office, and DJ was separating the money.

"Aight L, here you go" He said taking a stack for himself and Quan, then putting the rest in envelopes.

"Thanks, where's the overall pay?" I asked.

"In your safe" I nodded and opened it. I pulled out the money, and put it in the counter. The total added up $645,000,000.

"Well I'ma go, y'all straight?" I asked.

"Yeah Lonte, me and Zay enjoy bullying these newbies" Quan said eating a blow pop.

"Aight, well I'm out, I already owe Luke $50" I said cause I've been gone for 2 hours.

I got back to his house, and walked in. I handed him the money, and he laughed.

"They're eating snacks in the kitchen" He said. I nodded and walked in the kitchen.

"Daddy, where did you go?" Ariel asked with Jelly all over her face.

"I had to go to my bank, and get some money"

"We're going shopping?" She asked dropping her sandwich.

"Yep" I said laughing at her expression.

"Thanks, and have a nice day" I said handing my customer her bags.

I currently work part time at a Kids Adventure Center. I get paid $20 dollars a hour, and work 5 days a week. I had to cut my work short to get my school work done, and take care of the kids.

The place I work is like a Chuck E. Cheese/Southern Adventures for kids ages 1-17.

I have to control my anger cause if not, I'd be fired right now. When I finish college, I'm gonna open my own Kids Salon, cause this shit here, ain't doing it for me.

"Somebody looks upset" I looked up and saw Lonte, and the kids. The fuck he smiling for?

"I am, why are you smiling?" I asked.

"Do you still wanna work here?" He asked.

"No, but you know I get bored at home" I said sitting the twins on the counter.

"Well I left Quan in charge at the trap, and I'm scared" He said. I could tell he was playing. "No, but for real, since Quan and Harlem are graduating this year, they're really busy, plus I could pay you in more ways than one" He said looking me up and down.

"Aight, when do I start?" I asked.

"Today if you want" I sighed in relief.

"Well I'll start tonight, and quit this job now" I took off my nametag, and walked out.

"Mommy, can we play tea party?" Ariel asked tapping me.

"Yes" I said putting her in her carseat. I did the same with A.J., and made sure Macy, and Tay were buckled up.

I got in the passenger seat, and we headed home.

I sat down next to Macy and Ariel with my tea cup.

"What kind of tea is it?" I asked.

"I don't know, daddy poured it" Ariel said drinking some.

"So what did you guys do today?" I asked.

"Daddy took us to grandpa's house, then left, and when he came back, we went to chuck e cheese, and came to pick you up" Ariel cheered.

"Oh and Auntie Lani, grandpa has a ball pit in his house" Macy said holding her arms out.

"That's cool" I said laughing.

After our tea party, I laid the twins down for their nap, while Macy and Tay played in their playroom.

I walked into Lonte and I's room, and he was on his laptop.

"You better be doing homework" I said laying beside him.

"I am" He said switching tabs. -_-

"Give me this" I took his laptop and blocked everything but his school website.

"Lani, what the fuck did you do?" He asked typing in random addresses and waiting for them to pop up.

"I helped you, you have 3 slides left, you should be done in 30 minutes" I said laying on him. "Go on"

I finished my homework, and Lani was sleep. The twins were still knocked out.

I stepped in the playroom, and Macy and Tay were sleep on the floor with toys in each hand. I sighed then yawned. Guess it's only right I take a nap too.

I walked back into my room, pulled my shirt off, and laid next to Lani, falling asleep about 2 minutes later.
