"Hey Jade, you wanna come over?" Jacob said on the other line.
"Ya sure."
When I got to Jacob's place I knew I wanted to make it a short visit. We ate and Jacob sat on the couch. He motioned for me to sit next to him but I shook my head.
"What's wrong."
"It's not working out Jacob."
"What isn't?" he asked.
"This, us. I don't even know if there is an us. Like we aren't even dating or anything. I just wanted to tell you now. I just think it's best to separate work from relationships. I have to go. I'm sorry."
I turned around and rushed out the door. My little fling with Jacob lasted no more than 2 weeks. I don't feel terrible though. I mean it's my life and I need to live it how I want to live it.
I grabbed my phone and called Perrie. She didn't answer so I called my favorite person ever. Niall.
"Hey Jade."
"Hey Ni, how are you?" I asked.
"Not too bad, and you?"
"It could be worse."
"Oh gosh what happened?"
"Nothing too important. Look I wanna see you. I miss my Niall."
"I miss my Jade haha. How about you come over to my place?" he said.
"I'd love that."

"I missed you a lot Jade. I know I went on vacation for just a week but it seemed like quite a long time."
"Yeah I know. How's your family in Ireland? They doing ok?"
"They're doing really well actually. Everyone is happy and healthy." he answered.
"That's good to hear."
It was pretty quiet for a moment but then I broke the silence.
"Um I'm just curious. How's Harry doing? I saw him last week at the wedding rehearsals, but I haven't heard from him since then."
"Oh Harry's ok. He said right now he's focusing on himself. he said he was always worrying about others and never took the time to take care of himself. But don't worry jade he's ok. I think the question is are you ok? We saw you with your boss the other day at dinner but we didn't want to intrude. Everything alright?" he asked.
"Who's we?"
"Me and the guys. We all went out to have a guy's night haha."
"Oh well I was sort of seeing him for awhile but that's over now. Nothing happened. Just hanging out and stuff. I ended that though because I don't think it's right to be dating your boss."
"Oh I see."
I nodded and looked down to the ground. I then got up and gave Niall a hug.
"I love you so much Niall. Thanks for always being there for me." I said.
"Of course Jade. And I love you too."

When I left Niall's house I checked my phone and saw that Perrie still hadn't called me. This is extremely unusual because she doesn't work. She has been staying home lately because she's planning the wedding. I decided to go to her house and check up on her.
When I got there I knocked on the door a few times and there was no answer. Luckily I know where the extra key is so I grabbed it and opened the door.
"Perrie!" I called out.
no answer.
"Perrie it's Jade! Where are you?"
I walked around the house looking for Perrie until i found her in her room sitting in a corner.
"Perrie what are you doing?" I asked.
She turned around to show me her sobbing face. Her makeup was running and her eyes and nose were red. I ran over to her and hugged her.
"Perrie what happened? PERRIE TALK TO ME!" I yelled.
"I think I'm pregnant, Jade."
"Is that a bad thing? Perrie that's great."
"No it's not Jade. Zayn and I talked about having kids and we agreed we would have to get married first. And his parents wouldn't approve."
"Well Perrie take a pregnancy test. For all you know you may not be pregnant."
"I scheduled something with my doctor. I'm scared Jade. If I'm pregnant, Zayn might break off the engagement. He and his family are against having a child before marriage." she said.
"But Perrie even if you were pregnant, you're getting married in 3 weeks. And there's no way you're that far along. Trust me everything will be ok."
Perrie nodded and gave me a hug.
"I don't know what I'd do without you, Jade."
"I don't know what I'd do without you, Perrie."

**3 days later**
VOICEMAIL FROM: HARRY
"Hey Jade it's Harry. I've been thinking about you and I really wanna see you. Please pick up your phone. I miss you."
end of message.
I dialed Harry's number and he answered after 2 rings.
"You called back." he said.
"You answered." I said back. "Look Harry I miss you too. I fucking miss you. I don't give a damn about our mistakes. I wanna see you."
"Same here. I miss you so much it's unreal."
"Come over to my place later?" I asked.
"Yeah. Definitely."
A few hours later Harry knocked on the door. I opened it and looked at him for a few seconds. Then I crashed my lips onto his. We kissed for what seemed like forever.
"I don't think I've ever missed someone so much before." I said in between kisses.
"I don't think I've ever been so sorry before." he said while looking me in the eyes.
"Harry I forgave you a long time ago."
"I know and I'm happy."
I kissed him once more and that's all I remember from that night.

Alright I know what you're probably thinking: wow that was quick.
Well you see the way i picture this book is that Jade and Harry can take a 3 day, 4 week, or even 2 month break from each other, but come back to each other like there was never a break.
Now I know it seems like she's jumping from guy to guy. I won't comment about that though. That's for you to think about.
I'm sorry this ia such a short chapter. I promise the next few will be longer and more juicy.
