This is a filler chapter fyi. It's pretty short

"Funny you should ask. I live here." She answered.
Could this get any worse?
"Oh...cool." I said. "Um well I should get going. Harry can you drop me off at my place?"
Harry nodded and we went back downstairs. I turned and saw Eleanor staring at us but I brushed it off.
Harry walked me up to my apartment.
"Please stay, Harry."
"Shouldn't I not be here? I mean after everything that's happened-"
"I want you to stay."

(the next morning)
I woke up in an empty bed. There was a note where Harry had been:
'I had fun last night ;) Dinner later? Text me'
I got up and went into my bathroom to wash my face. I looked into the mirror and saw another note from Harry.
'hey beautiful'
Is this his way of apologizing for everything? I still haven't completely processed the fact that he is a freaking drug dealer. I am dating a drug dealer. I have issues. But I know I can't continue my life like this. I can't be with someone who does that for a living. It's just not right. I need someone who I can trust.

When I got to work it was completely empty. Great.
"Hey beautiful." Jacob called to me.
"Hey Jacob."
"Soooo how was your vacation? I heard you went to Spain. Must have been warm."
"Yeah I had a lot of fun. My boyfriend and I went to many tourist attractions. I definitely loved the weather."
"Well I'm sorry but you're back at work now. I need you to work extra hard today. Chrissa called in sick so we are shorthanded."
Chrissa. I haven't seen her in awhile. Sick? Hahaha. More like higher than the Eiffel Tower.
"Sure thing." I said with a smile.
I walked away and got started on my work. People started coming in which was a good thing. I hate not being busy. I literally go nuts.

(lunch break)
"Hey Jade, um, I was wondering if you wanted to go out to lunch with me. My treat." Jacob said.
I looked up at Jacob and saw that intense look in his eyes.
"Sure. Thanks."
Jacob and I ended up going to a small cafe a couple doors down from the bar. We ordered and sat down.
"So Jade tell me. How have you been?" Jacob asked.
"Haha pretty good. And you?"
"Eh I'm okay. My mom's in the hospital. She had a heart attack last week."
"Oh I'm so sorry to hear that. Is she okay?" I asked.
"Yeah she's fine. They just want to monitor her for a few more days just to make sure she's fully recovered."
"Oh well I hope she recovers well. Hey if you ever need anything, just call me. I'll be more than happy to help you in any way."
"Thanks Jade. That means a lot." He replied.
