Emily's POV

I had just made it to the place where I met Jinxx when I saw him across the street.

He was looking at me and his jaw was wide open. I blushed and tried to hide my smile.

He quickly walked across the street towards me. I smiled as i made my way towards him.

"Wow.." He breathed. I giggled at him, trying to hide my face. "You look beautiful."

"Thanx," I giggled. He smiled as he took my hand and led me to his car.

Jinxx's POV

She looked beautiful. I was speechless. I walked her to the car and opened the passenger side door for her.

"So why the beach?" Emily asked as we drove to meet the guys.

"We just needed a break," I chuckled. We finally pulled up to the beach and I noticed CC running around chasing Ashley who I think was holding CC's swimming trunks.

"Get over here!" I heard Andy scream from the snack bar. I grabbed Emily's hand and ran towards Andy. He smiled as we got closer. "So this is the girl you text all night," he winked at me.

I smacked the back of his head as I heard Emily giggle. It was....adorable.

"She is prettier than you described," Andy went on. I elbowed him in his stomach before pulling Emily away for a walk on the beach.

We walked and talked about music and what kind of activities she liked. Turns out, she loved to write songs.

"I've been writing a new song but I don't think that it's any good," she sighed. I looked at her and smiled.

"I'm sure it's amazing," I smiled. She smiled back but her smile soon faded as she stopped in place. I followed her gaze to see a guy who looked to be no taller than I was. He has short brown hair and has a cross tattoo on his chest. And he was walking towards Emily and I.

"Run," she whispered before turning around to run. The guy yelled as he ran after us. We were almost back to where the guys were when Emily screamed. I turned around and saw the guys holding her by her shoulders and shaking her. I ran back to her.

"Why did you leave Emily," the guy spat. She began to cry by now.

"I can't take staying in that house," she cried. The guy shook her some more and she started to cry louder.

I quickly punched the guy, making him drop Emily. "Run!" I told her. She nodded and did so.

I turned back to the guy who was now starting to stand back up. He growled as he ran towards me. I moved and kicked his legs out from beneath him.

"Why did you attack her!" I screamed. He yelled in pain as I twisted his arm hard behind his back. "Tell me!"

"None of your business," he heaved. I twisted his arm harder, making him yell louder. Then I saw Andy and the guys approaching us with Emily.

"What the hell happened her?!" Andy questioned. I scowled as I told Andy what had happened. The guy tried to move but I twisted harder and he quickly stopped, yelling in pain.

"If you move, he will twist your arm harder Bruce!" Emily screamed. I smiled.

"Now listen carefully," I told him. "Leave Emily alone and nothing bad will come to you again. Got it?!" He laughed and I twisted harder.

"Ok!" Bruce screamed. "I got it!"

"Good," I smiled as I moved off of him and let him run away. Emily ran up to me and hugged me.

"Thank you," she sobbed. I wrapped my arms around her.

"It's ok," I comforted. "I'm here." She moved closer, hugging me tighter. It felt nice to hug her. It felt natural.
