I wake up the next morning, my body intwined with that of a sleeping Nathaniel. That actually happened yesterday...
I go to remove my body from Nathan's and he groans quietly. "Don't move, you're comfortable." I smile at his sleepy gesture and remember what he said yesterday.  "But you said 'no attachments'," I whisper, poking his cheek. He opens one eye and pulls me closer,"We'll discuss it later," he mumbles, gently grasping the back of my head and bringing my mouth to his. He licks  my bottom lip, begging for entrance. I gladly accept, letting our tongues dance in perfect harmony.
He pulls away and watches my face, his eyes shimmering. "What's wrong?" He pecks my lips. "Nothing." I sit up,"Talk to me." "Are you sure this is what you want?" "Are you actually questioning if I want to sleep with you?" He shakes his head. "No I'm pretty sure that you do," I catch a hint of a smile, "But that's not the problem. Are you sure you are okay with us not being serious?" No. Yes? "Yeah, I'm fine with it. It's just us having fun, right?" He nods. "Yeah." Then I start to ponder. "So, are there any... catches?" "Catches? Like... stipulations?" I nod. "Yeah, like... we only sleep together on Tuesdays or... we act like we don't even know each other in public." He chuckles. "No, or at least nothing that crazy." "Then what were you thinking?" "Well, the normal I guess." "This is normal?" "For the most part. I was thinking like we could hang out like normal, and see where things go from here. And if one of us end up in a relationship outside of this, we end it. No hard feelings. No jealousy. Just sex and having a good time... 'Ya know, we're pretty good about that already," he says, awaiting my response. "I mean, I guess that works." I say as I lean up, putting a shirt on in the process. Nate makes a lazy attempt to keep me in bed, making it easy to get up and sneak out. I pull up my hair in a loose ponytail and pick up the rest of my clothes. From the bed I hear a groggy," I could get used to this..." Remark from Nathan before he dozes off once again. I leave his room and make a break for mine. Once I get to my room, I make a bee-line for the bathroom.

After taking a much needed hot shower, I grab a pair of  shorts and the shirt I was wearing when I left Nate's room. I make my way to the kitchen, not prepared to meet a smiling Alec. "I hope Nathan wasn't too much trouble last night." I grab a bowl and the box of fruit loops and proceed to make my breakfast before I answer. I stayed in my room binge watching 13 Reasons Why again." He gives me a weird look,"Isn't that like your fourth time watching it??" He asks.

"Hey, don't judge my unhealthy habits when it comes to that show,' I reply simply as I take a bite of my cereal. Alec gets up, chuckling and leaves the room.

As soon as he leaves, my head starts running. I can't believe last night actually happened. My face started heating up just thinking about it. The way his experienced hands wandered, cupping my ass and then moving to my chest. A shudder runs through my body, as I take another bite of my fruit loops. As I continue to eat, I keep thinking about last night. The way he took my bottom lip between his teeth mid-kiss, practically begging for more. His hands find themselves tangled in my hair in a desperate attempt to bring me closer than I already was.

I get pulled out of my trance by a hand waving in front of my face. A hand belonging to Lilli, Alec's girl, thanks to a little push from me. "Whatcha thinking 'bout?" Her sweet honey-like voice sang out.

"Oh just re-thinking this show I've been watching." I say with a slight shrug as I get up to put my bowl away. "Oh what show?" "13 Reasons Why," I respond, before making my way out of the kitchen heading to my room. "That's a good show!" I hear from the kitchen.

As I go upstairs, I cross paths with Nathan as he sleepily stumbles past me. His hand brushes mine and I freeze in place. He had to have done that on purpose. I look back at him as he walks downstairs and out of my line of view. I ignore the heat rising in my cheeks. Even the slightest of touches has me all flustered. That's not good.

I reach the top of the stairs, when the doorbell begins chiming. I huff,  trudging back downstairs and to the front door. It's probably just one of Alec's stupid friends. I fling the door open and realize- Boy, was I wrong.

In front of me stands a gorgeous red head, in tall black heels, accenting her already long, tan legs; And a tight white dress that hugged every last one of her many curves in all the right ways.

"Is Nathaniel here?" She asks, the honey dripping off her sweet Southern tone. Skilar, stop it, you're gawking. She peers around my shoulder as if my lack of manners was an open invite into the foyer.

"I-I..." "Sammi?" Perfect timing,Nathan. She practically shoves me out of the way to get to him. She struts up to him, swinging her arms around his neck. His stiff body movements say that he's not necessarily happy to see her.

She finally lets go of his neck and he holds her at arms length. "What are you doing here,Samantha?" She obviously did not catch the hint in his tone of voice. "Well, I came to see you,Baby." I stare at them, baffled that this is even happening right now. He notices my attention directed at them and pulls "Sammi" to the side and away from me.It makes me wonder if that is his girlfriend. I go to the living room to give them ''space.''

I  plop down on the couch and grab the tv  remote. Soon after, a body belonging to Lilli, plops down beside me. "Who was at the door?" "Some girl named Samantha," I say nonchalantly, flipping through the tv channels. Lilli looks at me, mouth gaping wide open. "Samantha as in... Samantha? Nathan's crazy ex girlfriend?!"  "Huh?" I ask her, entirely confused. "Our freshman year here, Nathan started going out with a girl named Samantha. I don't even think they were that serious, but obviously she thought differently. He tried to break it off and she went nuts-started threatening every girl that went near him." Oh, great, just what I need. "Wow..." I say, pretending to be disinterested. She gives me a weird look. "Wow? She's grade 'A' fucking crazy. Aren't you worried?" "Um, no. Why would I be?" "Do you think I'm stupid?" "Is this a trick question?" I ask her. "No. But what are you going to do if she finds out about you and Nathan?" I nearly fall over dead. How the fuck did she know?! Does Alec know?" "What about me and Nathan?"

"That you guys are into each other. I don't want her to try to rough you up or anything." Maybe she doesn't know what I thought. "We're not into each other, Lilli." "Oh, shut up! I'm not going to tell Alec. But when were you going to tell me you were into him?" "What makes you so positive that I'm into him?" "Honey, only a blind person wouldn't be able to tell with the way you two look at each other." Did we make it that obvious?

"It's nothing serious . And I'm just not that into him. He's hot and all but there's no depth to him." She looks at me, grinning big. "You like him."
