I have a few different categories that I created goals for in order to better my life. There are many different aspects of my life that need work but I am focusing on 3 right now: Food, Working out and Hobbies.
Food:
My over all goal is to have a healthy relationship with food. I plan to achieve this goal in 4 steps:
1) eating less sugar
2) not finishing plates when full
3) eating only when hungry
4) start implementing healthy foodWorking out:
Honestly I haven't picked out goals for this one yet. I want to start doing some exercise maybe yoga? I will think about what all my goals are for this and come back to it later once I get back the the US.Hobbies:
Out of all of the groups I think this one will be the easiest.
1) limit all screen time to 4 hours or less
2) try new hobbies and do something I loveI spend so much time watching tv, playing computer games and browsing my phone it's unbelievable. Every spare second is spent on a screen. So I want to limit myself to no more then 4 hours a day and eventually lowering that. I want to be able to enjoy doing things like reading, writing, clay and playing my guitar.
