Detroit:Become Human - Hope (Connor x OC)

The storm decides to be annoying as it can be and stay longer then it's welcome, North and Connor are both in stand by, Frost is sleeping against Markus who's looking outside when the door is opened "We have to reach land, the hull is breaking apart" Luther says, causing the two in stand by to react "I see" Markus says "North get this ship to land" he says, if they didn't make it there'd be trouble. The barely make it and Markus jumps down carrying Frost "We're saved" Alice says with a smile "Not yet, get the spare parts into the building", they really were doomed, their ship wasn't in any state to move again. "Frost is shutting down" Markus says causing North to go through the blueprints "Here it is" she says "Markus, the building is a lab" Kara says.

The next day everyone is wandering around "Markus what happened?" Frost asks "Connor saved you" Markus says "He did?" she asks earning a nod "You were malfunctioning, you're not suppose to be sick, at least, not that badly that you're about to shut down" Markus says helping the girl get up "We're stuck here until we find a way to get away from here again" North says running over to the two. "There are cabins, researchers used to come here before androids were made" Frost says. Connor walks over to the two and he asks "How are you feeling Frost?" "I'm good, though normally when someone fixed me I feel pain" she says "We had to remove several of your features" Markus says "Including the ability to feel pain,  you're a lot more like a normal android now, you can turn it on again, but it's not recommended" he explains. Frost sighs and says "Let's go see the damage shall we", after coming to the conclusion that it's not something they can fix Frost retreats to one of the cabins with Markus "So, what do you need for your creation?" Markus asks "We can salvage the freighter and looks around the island" Frost says "There's paint in the storage we can use". She looks down and asks "Connor used his power core right?" "How did you know?" Markus asks "His stomach is stained with blood" Frost mumbles "He did, we fixed you up in time though, you got your old one back. The red one".

Frost finds Connor and says "Thanks for saving me" "No problem, that's what friends are for right?" Connor asks earning a nod "Though... I kinda wanna be more then friends" Frost mumbles, barely loud enough for him to hear, making him confused "For fucks sake Connor, do I seriously have to show you what I mean?" she asks making the prototype grin at her foul language "I'll that that as a yes" she says pulling him down by his jacket and kissing him and she pulls away again "I remember Markus saying that you love me" he says "It feels weird" "Shut up" Frost says walking away.

They start the slow process of building a ship that evening while Frost, Connor and Markus are scavenging around for usable things they can use "Building this will take a full year, if not longer" Markus says making the other two look at each other "I'll call, you keep helping" Frost says taking out her phone and walking off. "Who the fuck is calling this late?" Hank asks "You better stop playing Russian Roulette" Frost says making her father figure quiet "Frost, when are you coming back?" Hank asks earning a sigh "Not sure, but you'd better be alive when we come back" she says  "Alright alright, fucking androids" Hank says before ending the call again. Frost grins as she walks back "He promised he'd be alive when we got back" she says "Let me guess, he ended the call with the same language you picked up from him" Connor says earning a nod. They carry the usable things to the others and Connor says "This place is big" "True, but we might find everything we need in that mess" Markus says and he adds "We'll continue tomorrow".

-1 year later-

Frost is up before any of the others to do the finishing touches, meaning she wants to paint the name of their ship on it "Frost, what on earth are you doing up at this hour?" Markus asks looking at the very stubborn android "Nothing" Frost says as she lands on the ground "Just you know, before anyone else beats me to it" she says. "And Connor was looking forward to doing that" North says seeing Frost's masterpiece. Once everyone is 'awake' Frost picks up Alice "We did it" Kara says "Load the spare parts" Markus says "We're heading back to Detroit" "What about furniture?" Luther asks "We got that covered" Markus says "And Carl left me the house" he adds looking at North "That's wonderful news" she says hugging him "Are you getting your own place Frost?" he asks earning a shrug "Not sure, don't have money for it and I kinda lost my job when we left" "I'm pretty sure Fowler wouldn't just fire one of his best detectives" Connor says. They head off and Frost is once again in her workplace on the lower decks, this time looking outside while leaning on the desk that's already littered with things "Frost?" Connor asks, but he doesn't get an answer "Frost" he says scaring her "Sorry, I was deep in thought" she says turning to him "About?" Connor asks walking over to her "What if we can't get our job back?" "I don't think they will deny us our job, we are the best detectives they have" Connor says "Were" Frost says and she groans "I don't want to deal with Gavin again. He thinks he's so perfect for me, he even wanted to be my boyfriend" Frost says, the disgust clear in her voice "We can fix that problem" Connor says causing the girl to look up at him, slightly confused, but Connor leans down and softly kisses her "Yeah we can fix that problem" Frost mumbles before kissing back.
