I find it kind of funny. Oh, there's that word again. I shouldn't be using it like that, since I'm calling against its use in the first place. But I've got to, because I can't find the right word.
Don't you ever wonder, why is the word 'funny' used in a funny way? We, everyone, use funny as in something humorous. Or something weird. When it's supposed to describe something fun.
Fun-ny.
That's the word to use when your protective parents ask you how the party where they were unwilling to let you go was. You want to tell them, "It was funny," meaning you had fun. But if you say it, they will think it was awkward, strange.
And all this is quite funny. Not fun, weird, mind you.
What a funny thought.
What a funny world.
