Waking up I had a killer headache and my baby was kicking like crazy.
" Morning sunshine"
My vision was blurry until my eyes adjusted to shine sitting there. That I could understand but the two guys standing in the corners i didn't .
"What's going on "
"Just a little security "
I didn't remember what happened all I remember was waking up and someone knocking on the door.
" Baby do you remember what happened"
"No"
He nodded his head to the two guys in the room and they left.
I may have forgotten what happened that day but I definitely didn't forget being mad at shine about he naked girl situation, Even when this wasn't the time to be upset at him I just can't forget.
" Shine , im still-"
"I know daija what happened with stephani was unacceptable and I know your still and at me."
He always knew how to read my mind since the first day I met him he seemed to always knew what I was thinking that was one of the things I loved about him.
Looking over in the ocrner I noticed two black suitcases.
"Who's stuff is that " I said sitting up
"Daija I can't have you go back in that house until I know who did this."
"Where are you taking me "
"I got another house in Tallahassee I want you to go stay at until it's safe to come home "
I knew if I would've said something he wouldn't listen to a damn thing I had to say. Arguing and trying to reason with shine was like arguing with the damn wall. It was no chance ,no use and a waist of breath.
"Okay "
"Doctor said after you go through a ocuple more test you can leave tonight "
"I can't just leave out of town-"
" I got you a care taker and you have security camera all around the house, I can check on you anytime."
"You just wanna see me naked on camera " I laughed
" That to "he said rubbing my hand.
"We gone be happy I promise you that"

"Your giving the baby my last name "
"Yes "I smiled
Seeing his face light up was the best thing I've seen all week.
My head started pounding and I started to get dizzy but shine could tell because the machine beeped faster. I couldn't hear anything and my vision was getting blurry. Shine was shaking me and then ran out for a nurse. I don't know if I was an illusion but I started having flashes of when I was laying on the floor.
A nurse came back in and laid me down getting me stable again.
"Daija "
My vision was coming back to normal and I could hear his voice but my head was still killing me.
"You okay ?"
"Stephani..."
"What about her "
"When ... Before I finally dozed off I remember seeing stephani and your dad leaving the house ... I heard two people screaming at each other the girl said something about 'old man'. She was trynna help me and he grabbed her arm and took her out the house "
Shine called his boys back in and made me repeat what I said.
"Do you know or remember where they went in the house."
"They were coming from the hallway "
"Which one "
"The one that has the nursery , and your office. "
"Basically stephani drugged you while my pops went searching in my office .... He must be didn't tell Steph the whole plan that's why she wanted to help you. "
"Shine don't do anything stupid to her see if shell talk first."
"I know baby I got that ,I'll see if shell tell me what the fuck my pops is up to."
He grabbed his jacket and headed out
"Don't leave "
"I'll be back to take you home okay, get some rest " he said turning off the lights.
STEPHANI
I haven't been talking to mr Thompson lately specially after he's threaten to kill me if I backed out of his plan. I don't know too much about that old man but I do know shine would kill my ass with no questions asked, if he found out what happened. Shit I'm more afraid of shine then him he has had reputation since high school. I didn't know him back then but there was a stripper i worked with who told me about him.
That old man played me he said nothing about hurting her before we got there he said to distract her, shit when I got in the car I just found out about the powder.
Since shine found me at the club I haven't been back since, I literally haven't left this apartment to do a got damn thing ! Not even checked the mail. And I've been ignoring Mr Thompson calls and text.

Tiara visit was a surprise but things were now starting to add up.I pulled up to a new address my mother gave me and starting walking up the drive way with Bella in my arms . It wasnt a two story house but it was huge.
She came outside and gave me a hug with the biggest smile on her face.
" Hello, my beautiful girls.
Soon as we walked inside I seen my father sitting on the sofa.
"What is he doing here ?"
