Dom: "Well then...How do I start?"

Dom's POV

Well... here I am. I wake up after accepting Life and Deaths "job" I have awoken to find myself on a place that seems oddly similar to earth. However, there is a strange aura hovering around the atmosphere. Well it's more like three different auras, each having a different "feeling". As far as Life and Death have told me, this world has multiple different races, the three most prominent ones being angels, devils and fallen angels. You guessed where I am yet? Yes? Well I'll tell you anyway, the goddesses have thrown me into the world of DxD. My task here is to rid the realms of multiple different nuisances, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it but first to activate one of my powers. The goddesses said it should take a few seconds once I have respawned into the new universe.

All of a sudden a blue translucent HUD appears before my eyes giving me a wide range of options. Yes that's right my first power is the power of [The Gamer]. As many fanfics as I've read about this power I still want to run through the tutorial, just to be sure I know what to do.

[Welcome, Dom, to the world of DxD. To help get your bearings of your new powers I'll give you a quick run through of how to work with the menu screen. To direct to different menu screens you just need to think of or say which menu you want to be directed to. Give it a go with the STATS menu.]

As I think of stats the HUD menu changes. Now I can see a list of multiple different stat types.

Well it's nothing great but for a normal human it isn't that bad. Though that "Gear" stat is rather intriguing.

[As you can see you have fairly good stats for a normal human. Now let us have a look at your abilities.]

As I thought of abilities another sub-menu had appeared in front of me.

Abilities/ Skills:

Passive:

Body of the Gamer:

This passive grants you the ability to heal when you sleep. Depending on your "Luck" stat you also have a chance of gaining a character buff called "Well Rested" which grants an XP value boost of 2x.

Mind of the Gamer:

This gives you the ability to resist mind control as well as, if you choose to do so, hide your emotions.
