The Secret Couple

Chapter 8

~A couple months later

Julian's POV

I've been out the hospital for a couple of months and been at home recovering. Danny had to go play football and go to practice but he would only play when the game was at home. Danny didn't wanna leave me with anyone else for a couple of days and he was just scared to leave me. It's getting close to the playoffs, with a couple more games left to go the patriots will have to win most of their games to have the home field advantage. If they don't Danny will have to travel and if the doctor approves then I'll go with him. Hopefully we get the home field advantage that would be a lot better and less stress on the both of us.

Right now I'm at home alone because Danny went out to get food. He says that I can't eat a lot of junk food while I'm recovering. He's just making sure that I stay healthy so when I can get back to training it'll be a little easier. I turned the television on and scrolled threw the channels looking for something to watch while I was waiting. Shortly after Danny came back with some salads and a tub of ice cream.

"I bought we needed to eat healthy," I laughed.

"Yeah well I figured if we finished our salads then we can eat ice cream and watch a movie or something."

After we ate our salads Danny went to go get some ice cream for the both of us while I picked out a movie. He came back just as the movie was starting. My head laid on his lap after I finished the ice cream and I fell asleep.

The next day

Danny was staying home today and thought it'd be a good day to go out and do something. We went to a couple of stores and bought a few things then headed to a sports bar to get some lunch. "How's your leg starting to feel?" Danny asked me.

"Sore but nothing I can't handle," I smirked.

We ordered food and a couple of drinks and spent the rest of the day at the bar. Not surprising but finally around 11pm we decided to head home. We were both spent and ready to fall asleep.

When I woke up Danny wasn't in bed and when I got up to go look for him I found a note in the kitchen.

Hey, sorry for leaving so early but coach wanted us to practice for a couple of hours, I'll be back at lunch time and even bring food home for you <3

He was so cute sometimes. With that I ate the breakfast he made me before he left and went onto the couch to watch tv before Danny got back home.

Sorry guys it took forever to write another chapter and I know it's short but I just don't know what to do with this story anymore maybe give me some ideas and I'll try to update more often again sorry for the delay
