The sorting

Percy POV

A man with long silvery hair and beard said:

"Now, there will be seven exchange students coming at hogwarts. Please treat them kndly." He said.

The sorting began.

There was a three legged stool in the front of the great hall, and on it was a old hat.

and the hat began to sing:

"Welcome to hogwarts, school of witchcraft and wizardy.

I am the sorting hat, I sort you see.

I have sorted always fast and slow

In cold and warm I have been 

Your heads I see within.

Will you be in Gryffindor, the mighty brave and loyal?

Or will you be in Hufflepuff for the kind and sweet you see?

Or perhaps you belong in Ravenclaw where  the smart shall be.

Or maybe even Slytherin, where the ambitious and clever belong and be!

So put me on your head, and we shall all see!"

There was a round of applause, as the sorting hat fell silent.

The a stern looking woman with brown hair placed in a tight bun started  calling out names from a piece of parchment.

"Steward, Elizabeth!" She yelled. A nervous looking girl with dark black hair came to the front. She sat down on the stool and placed the hat on her head."

"HUFLEPUFF!" The  hat yelled. Elizabeth smiled and joined a table clad with yellow. This went on and on. Students would approach the hat, sit on the stool, and put on the hat. Them the hat would yell Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, Slytherin, or Hufflepuff. Finally, the woman called-

"Jackson, Persues!" Percy nervously walked to the stool, sat down, and placed the hat on his head.

"Well..." Said the hat. "Let's see. Wow. Wow. WOW. OMG. You did that?" 

"Uh..." I said.

"Well." He said. "It's easy. Loyal and brave."

"GRYFFINDOR!" The sorting hat yelled. Percy smiled, and sat down at a gold and red clad table. The Gryffindor table cheered.

Annabeth POV

"Chase, Annabeth!" Yelled the woman. Annabeth approaches, nervous but ready.

"Alright.." Said the sorting hat as he was placed on annabeth's head."plenty smart, that's good for Ravenclaw. But also loyal and brave, for  Gryffindor, but also ambitious, for Slytherin. Hm.... you know what? For the sake of romance.."

"GRYFFINDOR!!!" The sorting hat yelled, and annabeth went and joined percy. They embraced. There was cheers from a red and gold table.

"We're together." Said percy happily.

piper POV

Piper approached the sortinghat, and placed it on her head.

"Well.." It Said. "Definitely ambitious. But also loyal, and brave. Hm... better be"

"SLYTHERIN!" There were cheers from a silver and green table. Piper joined them.

Jason POV

"This is easy." Said the sorting hat as it was placed on Jason's head.

"GRYFFINDOR!!" It shouted. There was cheers at the gryfindor table. Jason smiled sadly at piper, sad that they were not at the same table. But it was no use crying over spilled milk.

Hazel POV

"Easy." Said the sorting hat. Hazel was anxious. What house would she be in?

"Nice, kind, loyal, brave. I say:"

"HUFFLEPUFF!!!" Hazel smiled, and sat down at a yellow clad table.

Frank POV

"Hmm" Said the sorting hat. "Nice, kind, loyal and brave. Just like your girlfriend." Frank blushed.

"Well... better be:"

"HUFFLEPUFF!!" There were cheers again at the Hufflepuff table, and frank joined them. 

Leo POV

"Hm..." Said the sorting hat. "Brave, loyal, but also pretty smart... I think-

"RAVENCLAW!!!" There was cheers from the blue and bronze table. Leo grinned, and sat down at the Ravenclaw table.
