Chapter 5

That was almost a year ago now, I haven't seen The Doctor since, but I still haven't got over being time's daughter. In fact. I still don't believe it! I have to admit though, every time I have a dream now, I write it all down in a book, one that I brought with my birthday money, a couple of weeks after I got told.

Alot has happened in a year, I have got a new job as a barmaid, and I really kind of like it. I like how the regulars in the pub, make you feel welcomed, and always manage to make you smile. The worst part is, when drunk men come in, they always seem to hassle you for a kiss. Or even try to pinch your ass when you turn around to get a drink. I haven't experienced that much yet, because it's only been a couple of months, but I think if I was to work her longer, I possibly could.

I have a new boyfriend; Ben, who I have been together for 5 months now, we haven't gone any further than kissing yet though. 

I'm ever living on my own, in a house next door too mums and dads.

Oh, and if you think I have got over The Doctor leaving me like that, I haven't! I haven't even nearly a year later, I don't see why he done it. Mr raggedy man, who used to save my Mum and Dad all the time. He always seems to come back for them, and never left them... So why'd he do it to me? 

Its my birthday next week, and I'm going to make sure I'm not going to have another incidence like last year, this time, I'm going to the pub with Ben and Lucy, because I'm turning 18 with , I would never ever have a house party again! Even if i did, Mum would be next door anyway, with her bossy commands that would will get them all running a mile. She is actually quite scary when she gets mad. The weekend after that birthday I went to Lucy's and Megan told me how my mum was so strict, and shouted at them in their face. Bet there scared to go near the blue cottage now. Oh, and by the way, I don't plan on getting that drunk, and about my house, well it's really nice, in my opinion. Dad and Mum helped me decorate it for ages, I even have a garage at the end of the house, where I always do my drawing, and writing. I sometimes even sleep down there, because how relaxing it is, when all you can hear is the own hoots.

Its the day before my birthday, and I am not that excited, well I am because I will be a legal adult, free to do what ever I please, but I have a feeling something bad and weirds going to happen, so I am just going to have coke tomorrow. OK? I swear I am, I don't want to risk anything.

Mum is getting all excited though, running round screaming ''My baby's turning 18, she'll be adult!'' really loudly, I don't have a clue why though. She must be going a bit crazy, but hey. She already is? Ahh ignore me, I love my parents so much! I know I always go on about how much I hate them, but all people do don't they? The first time I had a argument with Ben, I sat down with mum and told her everything, and she seemed to understand! What is really nice, it makes me think even if I am a adult now, I still have my mum, to talk too about anything. My dad? Well, I love him loads too, he is such a pushover though, but you can tell how much he in love with Mum by the way he looks at her, apparently they have always been best friends for years, but Mum never realised he liked her, until they left school, and then they started going out. Its funny how Mum describes him as quite and weak, because when I first brought Ben over, he threatened him, holding him against the wall. Bad I know... Wonder if he done that to The Doctor when he married, my older sister, Melody. 

Or was it River? I don't know, never met her, and Mum and Dad never hardly ever talk about her, only at Christmas and on her birthday, weird really? Wonder what she looked like? If she had ginger hair like me, or dad's colour? All I know is that she looks older than my dad and mum, because of something about regenerating, what ever that means!
