Chapter nineteen- Rollar-coasters

Its nearly the end for Harriet, but she still manages to have fun with the Doctor. I wish I could be as brave as Harriet if I was put in that situation, and I know alot of you would too. In my eyes, Harriet is a inspiration, even though I have created her, I sometimes wish I could be her. She manages to sort her problems out, and even though she may be emotional, she is a really strong person. I love how The Doctor is the only one that made her believe in herself, and that really is what the story is mainly about. Hence the title. I just hope you enjoy the last few chapters, before my story comes to a end. I cant exactly name how many chapters I will post up because I haven't written them yet. Please enjoy the chapter.

Chapter 19

The doctor frantically paced the TARDIS, biting his finger nails. ''I'm going to save you'' he kept repeating, but how? How is he ever going to be able to save me? I was going to die, and no one was going to stop that. With-in 21 years, god knows how many years in time travel, and I have seen so much. I am lucky, and I am proud to say this! I know my time has come. The time. The end to the daughter of time. 

''Doctor!'' I snapped, because he wouldn't just drop it, all night he was rushing around, all stressed. ''Doctor stop it! NOW! If I have only got four months too live, then lets do some exciting things, Doctor, stop stressing about it! My time has come OK? You'll live with out me!'' I said, walking up to him, wrapping my hands round his neck.

''I wont though Harriet, I can't bear the let you go, even the thought of loosing you makes me sad, Harriet just tell me you won't give up OK? You and me will fight the Silence, I don't know how, but we will! OK? I'm sure of it!'' He said, pulling away from me and running to the control panel. ''And your right, we need to stop worrying and enjoy ourselves.'' He started to flick switches, turning them and suddenly the TARDIS came to a halt.

''Here''He said, grabbing my hand and turning me round like a little girl, I giggled, as he pulled me out of the doors into a little gift shop. ''Where are we?'' I asked, but he just ran out the door and into the most amazing thing I have ever seen. ''Welcome to Lolaptopla, home of the rollercoasters.'' 

There was millions and millions of tracks, all swirling round and up and down, with load noises little carts zoomed past by on them. The sound of laughter and happiness, along with screams was echoed round the planet. ''This is a planet? A whole planet full of roller-coasters?'' I said, turning round admiring the atmosphere. 

It was dark and there was fireworks bursting into the sky, colours exploded everywhere, it kind of reminded me of that little town where all the naughty boys got sent in Ponocchio, but with out the donkeys and naughty boys. 

''What one do you want to go on?'' He asked, washing my expression gleam with excitement. ''That one'' I replied, pointing at a huge big roller-coaster over out heads. He nodded and grabbed my hand, he pulled me up to the queues, pushing in front of everyone. All the aliens started cursing The Doctor but when he got to the front he got out his physic paper. He showed it at the attendant and the front, and we got let in first. We climbed into the little carriage, together, holding hands. A alien couple behind us, both blue with little horns smiled when us when we turned around.

The ride began to move, and we started moving up and up a huge slant until we were at the top, where it stopped for a little while. I looked out over the views, and saw miles and miles of rollar-coasters, the fireworks was just above my head now, and when I looked up, I couldn't help by smile.

The carriage slowly started leaning forward and zoomed down the ramp, where it then turned round a corner, and another corner. Then it came to a halt, and we started lifting up into the air, I looked at The Doctor concerned but he was just smiling, looking out towards the front.

The carriage stopped, and suddenly we were in the air, above the fireworks, I looked down to see all the aliens running around, they looked like little ants from up here. Then suddenly the cart started to spin, really fast, and dropped. I screamed really loud and The Doctor gripped my hand. The ride was finished. The Doctor jumped out of the cart and helped me get up. He then asked what ride I would like to go on next, and off we went to the next ride.

It was starting to get a bit late now, and I was getting tired, The Doctor brought some candyfloss for me, and a couple of photo's from of the rides. We walked back to the TARDIS, gossiping and talking about our favourite ride when I felt someone lurking behind me, following me in a kind of way. I turned around too see no one there and started to walk back to the TARDIS. 

We walked into our bedroom and got into bed. We were just about to go to sleep when The Doctor jumped up, ''One second'' He said, running towards the coat pegs, he went through the pockets of his tweed jacket what was hanging up and got out a little tiny box. He then got back into bed and I sat up, he opened the box to reveal a beautiful necklace, silver with a little gold colour diamond heart at the bottom. ''Oh Doctor it's beautiful'' I said, admiring the necklace. ''Turn it over'' He replied, smiling a little. I turned it around to see a amazing beautiful name engraved into the heart. ''It's my name,'' he said, looking to face the wall. I hugged him and thanked him. I put the necklace on, The Doctor clipping it together and pulled it down. I felt so honoured to have finally found out his name. 

It was really sweet and it suited him to the bone. I dare not tell anyone though, because I am one of three people who know this name. He began to slowly kiss my neck, little soft kisses. Then he soniced the room and the lights went out.

The past 4 months have gone really fast, it's already the day before my apparent death. Christmas eve eve. The Doctor has been looking frightened and white since the start of the week, he is just as scared as I am. 

Over the past few months I have been experiencing a lot of bad dreams, all to do with a woman chasing me through a forest, her face was covered in a black ribbon, so you could not see who it was. I have had it constantly, every time, I wake up, tears prickling down my eyes. The Doctor just holds be tight and tells me its going to be alright, but I know its not! I am going to die. How could that be alright?
