Voldemort's Return: Bargain For Friends

Chapter 8

(A/N: Sorry I haven't been posting chapters for this book for a while. I've been focusing on a couple of my other fanfictions. To make up for all the time I've spent away I will be posting the rest of the chapters for this book today, with the whole following three books in the coming days leading up to a new Harry Potter fanfiction series being posted this coming Wednesday. On the night of the dance, Amy walked down the staircase in her dress and wearing her hair in beautiful curls with the crown hair piece from so many years ago. While talking with old friends while waiting for her, Aaron was so distracted he didn't notice her. Aria then, elbowed his arm.

"Hey! What was that..."Aaron started to say.

He then caught sight of Amy. Amy then, walked up to him nervously.

"Time for 'Take Two', I guess." Aaron said nervously.

Amy looked at Aaron confused.

"What do you mean 'Take Two'?" Amy asked.

"Our second chances at a school dance, last time we got an interruption by Zenix, remember?" Aaron explained.

Amy smiled at Aaron's little joke. She had missed that when they were gone. Amy and Aaron then walked to the dance together. As the two walked into the room Amy felt a blast of wind as they were torn apart. Amy closed her eyes because of the speed of the wind. She felt herself being grabbed and pulled up to her feet with a sudden jerk.

"Aaron! Aaron where are you!" Amy shouted but, the wind blocked the sound.

When the wind settled she felt someone's grip tight around her, but when she opened her eyes she saw a wand pointed threateningly at her out of the corner of her eye. Amy frantically searched for Aaron to find him in the grasp of a Death Eater as well but, with no wand pointed at him. She then saw Voldemort laugh maniacally as he stepped out of the shadows.

"Amy, Amy, Amy, did you honestly think that you'd be safe once you got your precious boyfriend back?" Voldemort sneered.

"Please let him go! You took them away from me once, I just got them back! If you do anything and I mean anything to him or his sister I will never want to see you again and I will fight you off every time you try to come for me." Amy shouted causing a scene.

Then, everybody in the room turned to see what was going on. Cassie, Gish, and Scorpius then pushed their way to the front of the group gathered a few feet away from the scene. Voldemort then motioned one of his Death Eaters to let go of Aaron.

"You see! She didn't want any of this! Now if you think any of you who think they are faking, and want to kill them both. You can have him but you'll have to go through me to get to her." Aaron exclaimed.

"That was a fascinating speech but, it was all to an unfortunate waste." Voldemort rasped.

Amy saw Voldemort raise his wand to cast a spell she then tried to wriggle free of the Death Eater's grasp.

"Sectumsempra!" Voldemort casted.

Amy watched as Aaron fell to the ground from the impact from the spell. Voldemort motioned the Death Eater holding Amy back to let her go.

"Aaron! What did you do to him!?" Amy shouted as she frantically ran to his side.

"The same thing I did to you." The Death Eater scoured.

Amy turned to see Zenix as the one who held her back.

"How did you get out? They said they put you in Azkaban!" Amy asked.

"We have spies in the Ministry. So many that I was able to be let free." Zenix sneered.

Aria entered the room just as Voldemort and his Death Eaters apparated away revealing Aaron lying on the floor with Amy by his side. Aria evacuated everyone from the room as Professor McGonnagall and Madame Pomfrey came rushing in.

"Amy who was it that did this to him?" Professor McGonnagall asked.

"Aaron! Aaron! Aaron please answer me!" Amy pleaded.

"Amy, we need to know who did this to him." Professor McGonnagall explained.

Amy looked up and faced Professor McGonnagall.

"Voldemort did it, for my punishment for not joining him." Amy exclaimed tears streaming down her cheeks.

Madame Pomfrey and some of the other professors lifted Aaron onto a stretcher.

"Amy, it might be best if you go back to your dormitory and clean up before coming to the Hospital Wing." Professor McGonnagall suggested.

Amy nodded and went with Aria to go get cleaned up. Soon, with help from a spell of course, her dress was clean and her hair was fixed up from the distress.
