Voldemort's Return: Bargain For Friends

Chapter 15

As Amy drifted off to sleep, she heard her window creek open. She then heard footsteps walk in from the window. Terrified to see who it was she pretended she was asleep and gripped her wand at her side tightly, readying herself for what was going to happen. Amy then felt the person place their hand on her shoulder. She quickly sat up and turned around to see who it was.

"Lumos." Amy whispered.

As Amy's wand lit up she saw Zenix towering over her bed. Even more terrified than before she opened her mouth to scream.

"Now, now, let's not get so hasty. Crucio!" Zenix casted.

Amy screamed in pain, which woke up almost everyone in the whole house.

"Great now I don't have as much time as I planned. Listen, your grandfather knows about your sisters betrayal. He will come for you, your sister, and your little boyfriend too and you will join us. Whether you like it or not." Zenix explained.

"We will never join you! Whether you like it or not." Amy remarked.

"Thats just cruel. You know that right?" Zenix replied.

As Zenix raised his wand Aaron and Lilian burst through the doors.

"Crucio!" Zenix casted.

Amy screamed at the pain. Aaron glared at Zenix more angry than he had been before. Lilian raised her wand and pointed it at Zenix. Zenix looked to his side to see the two.

"We will see each other again really soon. For now farewell, and good luck." Zenix hissed as he went back out of the window.

Amy still frazzled watched as Mr. And Mrs. Malfoy entered the room hurriedly.

"Amy what happened?" Astoria asked.

Amy tried to explain but, was so shaken up she only said parts of the sentences she was trying to say.

"What Amy is trying to say is, Zenix broke in and used the torture curse on her. Aaron and I got in the room just in time before he did it for the third time. She is, clearly, pretty shaken up about it." Lilian explained.

Amy nodded in approval showing that Lilian was telling the truth.

"I don't think I'm willing to sleep in here on my own for the rest of the night." Amy explained.

"If you want Amy, I could sleep in your reading chair in here. To keep you company." Aaron offered.

"Sure! I don't mind at all!" Amy replied shakily.

Amy hastily got into her bed as Aaron climbed onto the chair. Slowly, she fell asleep for the rest of the night soundly.
