Crow's POV:
Jonathan kept hitting his door and yelling. "Jonathan stop!" I yelled again. We heard people running down the hall. "Stop!" I yelled again. The ringing of the metal started to get to me. I held my hands over my ears.
"Mr. Crane! Stop or we'll have to use force !" yelled a guard.
"You hurt her!" Jonathan yelled. He continued to hit his door. The guards burst into his cell.
"Let me help her!" he yelled at them. One guard tackled Jonathan and held him down. The other repeatedly punched Jonathan in the face.
"Stop!" I screamed.
"Crow what's happening?!" Riddler yelled.
"They're hurting him!" I answered.
What can I do? Its not like I can help we're separated by bars. You can help...The voices. Break the bars. Tackle the guard. Kill the guards. One. Two. Three. I ran at the bars and pulled them as hard as I could. They snapped. I ran in and tackled the guard who was punching him. I grabbed his throat. Any day now..the guard started to bleed. I dug my nails deeper. The other guard let go of Jonathan and grabbed me from behind. I growled and kicked him in the face. I didn't want Jonathan to see me like this. But its too late. I held the guard down but he got up. This ones stronger. I kicked my legs behind me and over myself to latch onto his neck. I flipped my upper body up and punched him in the face.
This is fun. I squeezed my legs together tightly. He was wobbling. I grabbed him by his hair. One little twist and- "Crow don't." I snapped out of it. Jonathan grabbed me from behind. He lifted me down and the guard fell. I now realized everyone heard and some may have saw what happened.
I looked up at Jonathan. "You must think I'm crazy."
"Everyones crazy." I gave him a slight smile.
"What happened? Did the voices help you help me?"
I nodded. "They gave me the idea."
A doctor ran in. "Wh-what happened?"
"One of the guards hurt her. I was trying to get the staff's attention by being loud and they came in and beat me. She broke the bars to stop them and killed one of the guards in the process. I suggest medicines to help her with her schizophrenia for the future," Jonathan held me close. He thinks they're going to take me.
The doctor tried to keep his distance from me. "Let me take a look." I nodded and stepped closer. He quickly examined my face. "I'll take you to get patched up. You'll have to talk to a psychiatrist. Seeing you broke your cell I'm assuming they'll have you share a cell with Mr. Crane. This city doesn't have the money to keep fixing the cells." The doctor took me out of the cell.
Harley, Joker, Riddler, and Bane saw everything. They gawked at me as I walked past. The doctor put some treatment on my cut and put a bandage on it. He gave me a dose of medicine since I was coughing blood. He walked me back to my cell. Jonathan was fixing the second bed and had already grabbed my things from my cell. The doctor shut the door.
Jonathan's POV:
What I saw Crow do was incredible. I do remember her eyes. They were an icy blue like mine. Now I know how to tell if the voices got her in a trance. I heard my door close. I looked up and saw Crow looking down. I walked up and hugged her. I held her tight. I heard her start to hum. "I sing or hum when I feel crappy don't ask." she said. I chuckled.
"I sing, too."
"I know. When you first started your crimes you would sing scary rhymes to your victims." I smirked. Of course she knew that. "Move your body when the sunlight dies; everybody hide your body from the scarecrow; everybody hide.." I heard her sing quietly. Huh.
