Laya's P.O.V.
I'm sitting next to Lucas while we're looking at The Doctor wondering where we're going next
"you would have loved the Titanic Laya it was so cool" Lucas says to me
"did it start sinking while you guys were on it" I tell him
"well yeah but" Lucas says with a frown
"then yeah I'm actually glad that I was asleep cause I'm pretty sure that if I had gone with you guys some random guy would have flirted with me and distracted me before I could have gotten back to the Tardis and I would have gone down with the Titanic and ended up dead so yeah if that was a possible outcome of time then yeah keep me on the Tardis" I say back because of a headache I woke up with
"what's up with you today you're usually up for adventures like that I mean for fuck sake Shakespeare even flirted with you" Lucas says in some what of a shock
"sorry Lucas I just have a bit of a headache but I'm fine I promise" I say
"alright you two lets see where we are" the Doctor interrupts us
so me and Lucas get up and follow the Doctor out of the Tardis and the first thing I see in front of us is a city surrounded by glass I then look over at the Doctor and see a sad smile on his face
"Doctor where are we" Lucas asks
"Gallifrey before the time war" the Doctor says
I start walking over to the Doctor to give him a hug but before I get to him we hear noises from the Tardis so we turn around to look at the Tardis but it's still there and there's another Tardis next to it
"uh why are there two of our Tardis" I ask the Doctor
"no idea" he says back
we then turn back to the other Tardis that appeared next to ours and see it open up and out steps a man wearing a bow tie and a fez
"oh not you again" the Doctor complains
"oh hello there" the man in the fez says
"uh Doctor who is that" Lucas asks
"that is my eleventh regeneration" says the Doctor
"wait eleventh then what regeneration are you" I ask looking wide eyed between the Doctor and the other Doctor
"I am the tenth regeneration actually" he tells me and Lucas
"so what do we do" Lucas asks
"well I believe it's time Laya met Rassilion" our Doctor says taking my hand
as he's leading us towards a tower in the middle of the glass protected city I look behind me and well I guess I can call him ten now or something since we have an eleven with us but anyway I see Lucas walking next to eleven and they seem deep into some type of conversation then turn back around to be faced by the tower
"alright I don't really need to explain this to myself but to the two of you" ten says looking at me and Lucas "I do need to explain so before we go into the tower here I need to warn you that this tower here will play tricks on you and we will be tested"
I look back at Lucas and eleven then back at ten before we walk into the tower to start the trial
"Laya is that you oh my you look lovely as always" I hear the old lady from across the hall from me from back at the apartment building say to me
"Laya it's the tower playing games don't fall for it" ten says to me in warning
"I know Doctor I already saw her die back on Mondas you don't need to worry about me" I tell him and give his hand a squeeze as we keep moving further into the tower
