You shut your locker, slinging your (F/C) back pack on your back. You start walking when some kid pushes you into the lockers, not hard enough to make you fall but enough to bruise. Honestly it's just a punk wanna be trying to act cool and failing. They laugh at you and earn a few chuckles from their friends until a group of few upperclassmen and some others in your grade. The group consisted of Shiro and Allura who are seniors and Hunk, Lance, Keith, and Katie who are juniors just like you.

You're not really friends with these people they just don't tolerate people acting like this kid was, and trust me Shiro is intimidating when pissed off. One look and the boys shut up and scurried off. Shiro opens his mouth, but before he could speak you mutter a thank you and walk to the exit to where your car is parked. You aren't really good with unnecessary socializing, you tent to fumble your words and get really embarrassed so you tend to avoid it at all costs. This is what probably made you a target to those wanna be bullies.

When you near the door you look to your left to see the same poster for a gaming competition on V.O. or Voltron Online, the competition was for pairs though. This disappoints you till you see that under the signup area it says 'all participants are accepted', so that means you could ask your BOF or Best Online Friend to compete with you. Pidge.

When you get home you unlock the front door and get to work on your homework. As soon as you finish you head to your room and boot up your computer. As soon as you sign into V.O. Pidge messages you.

P: Hey! I need help with a quest, it's pretty hard. Lots of xp!

Pidge has partied you do you wish to accept?

You click yes and are immediately pulled into a red crystal cavern faced with a purple demon and pidge's dwarfen Viking attacking its ankle. After a few hours you and pidge manage to kill the demon. You gain another level, quintessence covers your character as you level up to level 82.

You have nothing to do during the summer so why not waste it on levels up!

P: Yesss! Thanks for the help (u/n)! So how was your day!

Just great! Also I was wondering are you free next week Friday around like 3:05 my time?

P: Most likely! Why do you ask?

Well there is a gaming competition at my school and said anyone can participate as long as they are signed up!

Pidge takes longer then normal to answer, you start to panic thinking you messed up. This is the exact same reason you avoid physical conversation!

P: I know we said no personal info but, where do you live?

This shocks you, but you trust pidge.

P: we should meet up! At melody park! Tomorrow around 2?

Holy frick the couldn't be happening! You finally get to meet your BOF, and to be honest, to you they feel like more then a friend.
