I went upstairs to wake her and the next thing I know I'm looking at the corpse of my best friend. I stood there for a moment trying to gather myself together and as soon as I came back to earth I screamed as loud as I could. I went full panic mode, tears streaming down my face curled up on the floor. April ran through the door and stopped almost instantly as her eyes connected to the body. Then through the door came Jackson. He bumped in to April, then looked up, that's when he saw it too. Jackson had always been one to take charge in situations like this, but even he stood there frozen in his tracks. Only for a moment though because he soon snapped back to reality and told April to leave the room. He than walked over to me and crouched down. He started whispering.

"Everythings going to be okay. It's okay. Everythings okay.", he whispered. He then carried me out of the room and downstairs.

"No it's not", I thought, "nothing about this is okay." April was on the phone downstairs, I didn't care who she was talking to, Aubrey was dead. Jackson put me on the couch and went to talk with April then informed Raquel and Mason what happened. I sat silently listening to them talk.

"We need to get her to a hospital now!",screamed Mason.Jackson grabbed his shoulders and started shaking him.

"She's gone man. She's gone." Jackson told him. Mason started yelling, but at that point I zoned out.

"She's dead.", I whispered. This being the first thing I've said they all turned towards me. April was at my side almost immediately and Jackson put his hand on my knee. At that moment the police came through the door. Jackson went and took them to Aubrey's room. The others stayed downstairs with me. That's when I got another message.
