"Seungkwan I'm here!" Hansol called as he walked in holding a tub of vanilla ice cream and two spoons.
The older boy walked out of the small office, holding the white puppy in his arms. He turned around to glance at Hansol and nearly dropped the dog. "Oh. My. God. YOU'RE VERNON!"
Said boy rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly. "Hehe, yeah can we just eat the ice cream and can I have the dog now?"
"Oh, oh yeah. I'm sorry, sorry," Seungkwan stuttered out. "Sorry, Hansol." The younger smiled at the name. "She was such a good girl, right Boie?!" He scratched behind the dogs ear and she grinned. Seungkwan put the dog down and she ran back to play with some of the others.
"Are you okay Boo?" Hansol asked. "The whole Mingyu thing..."
"Oh that... I dunno-"
Hansol wrapped his arms around the Jeju boy. Seungkwan let a tear fall and he accepted the hug. They let go of each other and the younger motioned for the two to sit on the bench. "Here," Hansol said, scooping up some ice cream onto the spoon and placing it in Seungkwan's open mouth.
"Mmmm..."
Hansol fed him a few more times and Seungkwan's head eventually fell onto the American boy's shoulder.
"Thank you Hansol." He whiped his eye as he felt a tear falling down.
The younger rested his head on top of the Seungkwan's and smiled. Seungkwan grabbed Hansol's free hand and intertwined their fingers.
"I guess Mingyu really wasn't meant for me."
Boo Seungkwan: the cute, Jeju fanboy that works at the dog shelter down Main Street, Kim Mingyu's ex boyfriend, founder of my lost dog, my long time crush, is currently resting on my shoulder and holding my hand. Best day ever.
Hansol looked down and pecked the top of Seungkwan's head. A deep blush forming on the elder and a victorious smile on the younger. Bo jumped onto Hansol's lap and the three just sat there; Seungkwan and Hansol's hands together and Bo being their baby.
