Chapter 37

I woke up. his face was still tear stained. it broke my heart. i kissed his head. i heard a knock at the door. i got up and went downstairs. i sucked on a mint. " Hey Li."

" hey Ni. did i wake you?"

" no not at all. come in its to hot."

" yeah. i was at the hospital all night."

" God why!?"

" My cousin had a heat stroke but she got out at 5 am. she's fine."

" good." i said. " Harry's still sleep?"

" And Zay Zay is with Perrie for the week. its her birthday. fuck!!"

" what?"

" hold on." i took out my phone. i sighed. fuck i forgot to tell her happy birthday. yes. i have her number. Zayn gave it to me just in case something happened to him.

" hello?" she giggled. " Um hey Perrie hows it going?"

" hey Niall. its going great!"

" Im soo sorry that i forgot to tell you happy birthday so happy birthday and i hope you've had a good one."

" thanks Niall and i am."

" Well im gonna let you have fun with Zayn. Bye."

" goodbye." she said. we hang up. " Did you call her?"

" yeah. I wanted to stop by and say hi to you guys."

" oh..hi..just kidding. want anything?"

" im fine."

" okay. I've been thinking i should rearrange to."

" why it looks good?"

" I wanna make over. i don't like this style anymore."

" its perfect." Harry came trailing down the steps. " good morning." Liam looked up st him. he nodded in response. " he's not a morning person."

" you are."

" am not."

" then i did wake you. talk about the line of secretes."

" -" i sucked my teeth. " No. i was already up. just looking at him sleeping."

" okaay."

" Liam if i dont go in the kitchen with him he'll burn this house down." i said. he started following him. " i thought you said he was a good cook."

" half asleep!?" i whispered back. i started cooking eggs for him. " you sure your not hungry?"

" yeah i picked up Starbucks and Burger King on the way here."

" oh okay. here." i gave Harry his plate as i started to fix mine. " so uh..im sorry to hear about your cousin."

" oh no she's fine. like i said, the heat can kill you."

" i almost had one."

" really?-"

" Ughehh im to tired to hear talking." Harry whined. i went over and hugged him. he looked at me and i kissed him. Liam was just watching with a blank face. i couldn't read his expression. i let go. " You have to eat."

" but its to early."

" then why did you wake up?"

" my nightmare came back." i sighed. " Harry you know, I'll never leave you- Liam. tell this boy you wont do pills and drugs and will forgive Louis and wont forget about him." i said as i turned Harry's swivel high chair around. " What!? you think im gonna do pills!?"

" Because you were depressed because Zayn never came back and Lou never did either a-and you left Niall and i. and Niall left me."

" Harry that'll never happen. I'd kill myself if i decided to leave my two brothers. and I'd make Zayn and Louis come back down here." he said. Harry sniffles. i fix his curls.
