Hani's POV

My breath was hitched in the back of my throat, aching muscles and suffocation wash over me at once as I'm sprawled against the cold, rocky, moist ground.

Rain drops, pound against my skin, striping me of my ability to open my eyes, not wanting any drop to directly hit me in the eye.

Shifting my head to the side, I let my eyes flutter open, surveying my fresh surroundings.

"Well, this sure isn't blank at all." I murmur through my lips to myself.

Trees, lots and lots of trees, must be a forest. The trees are all deformed into unique shapes that defy the laws of natural in all ways. Leaves that weren't green at all, but instead are densely grey, giving off a depressed vibe. The bark was still a dark brown, but twisted to make odd shapes that resemble animals, the nearest one being formed to appear as it were a rabbit standing on it's hind legs.

My roasted chestnut strands of hair was now  dripping wet, sticking itself to my exposed neck and collar bone, as well as my petite shoulders. The fitted dress, clinging to my skin along with the large sleeves.

The rain coming down so fast and violent that with every drip that they were rushing to my clutched jaw line before trickling off my pointed chin.

Soaked to the bone, yet I don't feel the slightest bit cold, in fact, I'm warm.

Scooping myself off of the cobblestone road, I run my hands across that backside of my dress, making sure to get off any little rocks or dirt that stuck to me, satisfied with the tiny clack, clack, clack of the rocks detaching from my back and colliding back with the ground from where they originated from.

My toes wiggle and bury themselves beneath the mutual colored rocks, attempting to adapt to the feeling of the stones pushing themselves into the arch of my feet. I can't lie and say that not having shoes is the best feeling, because right now, it felt like I am stepping on an army of Legos. It hurts.

The fallen water seeping through the cloth of my dress, slipping down the small of back, greeting me with a chill down my spine.

"Okay, time to get out the rain, it's getting a little bit annoying. " I admit out loud, bringing myself to the bunny shaped tree, hoping that it can provide coverage from the rain. Even the music came to a sudden stop.

As soon as I lift a foot, the ceases out of the blue, causing my face to display expression of both un-amusement and utter puzzlement.

The stormy grey puffs of water vapor in the sky, start to disintegrate in a fast paced manner. The baby blue sky unveiling itself as they fade to nothingness.

A blue sky. Ain't that something I never thought I'd see here.

The once dull, grey setting that I witnessed when I first came, was now gone. Bold green color permeates through the grey leaves, bringing the whole setting to life before my eyes. The tinted bark, now lightening with the leaves. The stones start to heat because of the beaming sun that shined down harshly on my skin.

My desire to witness more, begs me to walk to father into the setting, so of course I listen.

As I'm walking, can't help but admire the shimmering leaves that dance in the summer breeze.

That's what this is!  It's Summer!

The heated stones massage the heels of my bare feet with every soft step. Just think of stepping on to a heated blanket, and that's how it feels, just with cobblestone.

Birds chirping in the distance, confirming their presence in the area. They must've just came after the rain stopped.

Stopping myself in the center of a circle of trees, I tilt my head up, and close my eyes. My pale skin savoring the kisses of the sun and the gentle caresses of the warm breeze. The birds soft singing, sending me to bliss.
