Hani's POV

Blur, that's everything that my mind is right now, a blur. At this point, I can't differentiate what comes from my mind and what is actually in front of me. I don't even know what 'reality' is anymore. Anything beyond the worlds that I had crossed is now complete mysteries. It feels like I'll never get out, this is my reality.  But maybe if I keep going, I will find at least a clue on what I could do to get out of here, I have to keep moving forward because staying here would do me no good.  So, I stand to my feet, shaking my arms to rid myself of the atrocious anxiety, wiping the salty tears from my face, then walking forwards, farther, farther, and farther into the nothingness.

As I stroll through the darkness, the clap of thunder brings a surprised shriek from my throat, and with the second roar of the thunder, droplets fell from the black above me. There are no clouds, but there is rain.  It takes no time before the prudent sprinkles become discordant pellets that pound on to my skin like miniature bullets that attempt to penetrate my iron skin. As soon as the drops make contact with the reflective flooring, they set ripples throughout the rest of the floor, as if I'm standing on water, and with a single tap from my foot, the liquid splashes up on to my leg with a weak burst as if I've just lept into a shallow puddle. Something that I just now notice is the walls, the walls that are identical to the floors, but have mirrors covering them, mirrors that aligned down the walls, on both sides, giving the optical illusion that the place is bigger than it seems to be.

Approaching one of the mirrors, I see that I'm no longer beaten up as the reflection in the flooring had shown. My milky, porcelain skin glows with life, my ocean blue eyes twinkle like a million stars in the sea, and my long chestnut colored locks rest tidy on my head as if a brush had just smoothed it down. I sneak a quick, yet questionable glace before moving on to the next mirror, but this time, it's all contrasted from the previous one.  My once chestnut hued locks were now painted with snow-white hair with lavender tips, she still shares the same facial features that I have, the hair color was of the only difference. As I move on, the woman's hair changes once again, but this time, her eye colors are completely different, heterochromatic eyes stare back at me. One of her eyes is a hazel brown, the other is emerald green, dark-chocolate-brown that is ombre with neon green. Without speaking a word, I move to the next mirror, not only was my hair color different, it's length being much shorter, like a bob. The more I move on, the more confused I become, nothing could explain how I feel at this moment, the intense unknowing, practically stabbing me with confusion.

"Who are you?" I ask the mirror, her lips move along with mine, but it seems like she isn't me at all.

Everything that I once knew has disintegrated to absolute dust, I don't remember how I do here, when I got here, who I am, or who I used to be.

I feel that slowly, but surely, everything is slipping right through my fingers, everything that I knew about myself was gone with the wind.

I stand in a monument of mirrors with a stranger staring back at me.

Hello! I apologize for this chapter being so short, but as I've said before, I am running out of ideas for this story, I don't want it to be dull and boring, but don't want it to be too short either.

I hope you enjoyed this chapter and I will try harder for the next. Have a great day/night! I love you all!
