Naruto's first crush was Haruno Sakura,

Back in their academy days she was the kind of girl who gets bullied a lot, he tried to help her but Ino was the one who first befriend her.

He remembered the first time he spoke with her.

He just couldn't believed that he was shy in front of her.

But she only gave him a cheerful smile.

And he would blushed in return.

As time goes by,

Naruto noticed that she like his rival, Uchiha Sasuke.

It made him envious.

But he didn't give up, he promised that he would win her heart.

Again as the time goes by,

When they were out in the academy and became a fresh genin.

Her hair grew long down to her waist.

She was the number one fangirl of Uchiha Sasuke and rumored has it that he like girls with long hair.

Naruto had to admit he like her with long hair.

The only problem is,

Sakura treated him badly.

It didn't bothered him as long as he can get to see her.

He remembered the time when their first mission out in the village to escort Tazuna.

He proved his worth, to be strong, to be loyal, and to protect his love ones.

Sakura saw this in the fight.

But still failed to see him.

She remained focused at her crush.

Not too long, the Chuunin exams happened.

Both him and Sasuke was knocked out by exhaustion.

Sakura was there to protect them all the time.

She tried her hardest knowing she was no matched but atleast she tried, and she went as far to cut her pretty long hair just to protect her friends.

And that was when she realized how weak she was and failed to see Naruto.

The struggles didn't end there for she and her old rival fought in the third exam.

The outcome was even.

Still Naruto acknowledged her.

Naruto became her friend.

Not so long the betrayal of her crush.

He made a promise.

But even how much his will to take his teammate, rival and friend, it wasn't enough.

So that time, Sakura made a promise to herself that next time they will bring Sasuke back.

The both of them.

Years later...

Both stronger than ever.

Naruto came back and saw Sakura for the first time in years.

He grew up.

She also grew up in beauty and strength.

Then time goes by again,

She proved her worth when she fought Sasori of the red sand with an old lady who was Chiyo, grandmother of him.

She defeated him and both succeded.

...It did not end there.

For many obstacles were in their way.

So here they are the team 7 reunited.

Ah, yes they stood side by side.
