~~I'm almost done with this book... Good thing I'm working on another!~~

Beep... Beep... Beep

"Hmm?" Wilbur muttered as he turned in his bed.

Beep... Beep... Beep

"Really? Now?" he asked tiredly.

He turned to the side of his bed where his watch was and picked it up. He looked at his notification and saw that he had gotten a report about more missing Supers. He immediately touched it and scanned through the report.

"No, no, no!" he muttered in a panic and quickly jumped off his bed.

He threw the watch on his bed and paced back and forth across the room. He groaned and continued to steal glances at the watch. The black and gold "i" haunted him.

"What do I do?" he asked himself and paced back and forth.

"I have to tell her. But now?" he slightly pulled his hair in frustration.

He sighed before grabbing his watch from his bed. He hesitantly opened the door and got out.

*Knock. Knock. KnockKnock. Knock*

"Violet? Are you awake?" Wilbur asked.

He heard small footsteps coming to the door before it was opened by a clearly tired Violet.

"Wilbur? What time is it?" she asked and yawned.

"I know this isn't the best time, but- Could I come in?" he asked.

"Oh, uh, sure. Just please be quiet. Penny is asleep I think," she replied quietly and moved aside so he could go in.

"Please sit down," he told her.
She did so reluctantly.

"Wilbur, what's wrong?" she asked him.

He sighed and kneeled down in front of her, "Violet, your family was kidnapped by Syndrome."

Violet could feel the air leaving her as she stared wide-eyed at her hands. He handed her the watch so she could read the article. She took it into her shaky hands and desperately tried to make it show more. Wilbur could see her panic so he grabbed her hand and reminded her that she just had to touch it for it to pop out.

She breathed in and quickly scrolled through it. Near the end, there was a video of what had happened that Wilbur hadn't seen. She clicked on it and it became a hologram.

"Incredibles! I've come to challenge you!" Syndrome declared.

"Syndrome! What are you doing here?" Mr. Incredible asked angrily.

"I want to show the world just how dangerous you are!" Syndrome told them.

"These so called "Supers" don't want your safety! They want power!" he told all the innocent bystanders.

"You have a lot of nerve making such false accusations!" Mr. Incredible hissed.

Mrs. Incredible put a hand on his shoulder to stop him from doing anything reckless.

"You see, a few days ago a dear friend of mine was attacked by two well-known Supers. The Time Traveler and Invisigirl!" Syndrome yelled.

The crowd gasped in surprise and started to talk amongst themselves.

"You're wrong!" Speedster yelled.

"I have proof!" Syndrome responded and showed a holographic video.
