Location: The Deaver household
Year: 1963"Hahaha," Syndrome laughed as he approached Evelyn.
"Why are you so happy?" She asked him. "And where are the rest of your henchmen?"
"They're in your living room resting," Syndrome replied. "What's with your get up?"
"I couldn't have those heroes having any proof that I'm involved. Screenslaver is connected to me, but this modified suit should keep them from making a connection," Evelyn replied and removed the mask.
"Those so called heroes are just a bunch of kids, who think they thought everything through," he replied. "But they don't know that I know everything."
"So, you planned getting stuck in that cell?" Evelyn asked.
"Of course," he retorted.
"So what does this have to do with their lair?" Evelyn asked and pointed toward a different screen.
"That's the only place they could hide that many supers without causing a commotion. Once they teleport there I'll press this button and they'll be trapped with sleeping gas and tranquilizers," he boasted.
"Right, so are you finally going to tell me how you know all this?" She asked.
"That Robinson kid has a streak of carelessness," Syndrome replied and walked toward a shelf. "Thanks to that I was able to get a hold of these."
He moved the fake shelf, opening up another shelf filled with comic books.
"When did you install that in my house?" Evelyn questioned. "And why is it filled with comic books?"
"Not just any comic books, every single comic book created about the supers we've captured and, more importantly, about The Futuristic Four as they call themselves," he explained.
"You found these where?" Evelyn asked as she approached him.
She scanned through them and picked up the first issue of The Futuristic Four.
"The Time Traveler left them in the time machine I stole. I tested them and then stole the rest. I knew every move before they could even make it," he smirked.
"And you're sure they're accurate?" She asked as she skimmed through the pages.
"100 percent," he assured her.
"Weren't you surprised when you found out they had powers?" She inquired.
"Well, yes, but they change with everything I do. When I first read them I didn't kidnap that Tadashi kid which caused him to defeat Callaghan in a one-on-one match. But after I did, the story changed and it triggered their powers," he replied and handed her the 7th issue.
"But this doesn't say anything about their real names, so how did you know?" She asked.
"I already knew our little friend Miss Disappear's real identity. I found the rest out when I paid a little visit to the people who made the comics. I only found their daughter, Mary, and her friends but she knew what I needed," he answered.
"The one who can teleport? So you don't think it's a little strange that the people who made these comics know exactly what happened and have a super as a daughter with the same power as one of the people from the comics?" She asked.
"This is where you lack knowledge about Supers. Supers are basically human lottery machines. Their offsprings don't inherit the same powers as their parents," he answered.
"And you were on of the losers in that gamble huh?" She commented.
"Don't!" He commanded and pointed a finger at her, ready to freeze her with his zero gravity laser. In response, she pressed a button on a remote in her hand. Screens came out pointing toward Syndrome.
