work colleague

So there a guy that I work with and he makes me uncomfortable. I didn't really know whatI disliked about him but today I realized what it is.

I feel like he thinks women are the "weaker" sex and that they are made of glass. Like he will never leave you alone or let you do anything, he always have to do the "hard" thing. At work there is a bike to pick up trash and it's a bit hard to drive it but we're all able to do it but he insists a lot that he needs to do it when I don't mind riding the bike.

He has to be masculine and be strong to help "the women in need". He has to be the hero of the situation, daring, nice and strong, always helping the women in need.

But the thing is that women want to be treated the same as women. After he whines that women get special treatment .

He is very conservative and made a lot of racist jokes. And then he whines that people (when he clearly meant women) always thinks that men are racist. He also believes that every feminist is crazy. He thinks women who wears yoga pants and leggings asked for it (guy looking at their butt).
I was clear to him that we wouldn't enter the subject of LGBTQ because I know he doesn't approve of this while  I'm a hundred percent for it.

He smokes also and jokes about how he is developing his future cancer. First off, cancer is not a joke, it affects a lot of people and can be deadly. Second, he jokes about it knowing that when he will get diagnosed he won't have to pay to receive treatment because where I live we have free healthcare. I am for free healthcare but I don't like it when people take advantage of the free healthcare to live an unhealthy life.

His personality in general just piss me off that I needed to write this down.
