"Young Midoriya, would you like to take my quirk and become my successor?"

Izuku P.O.V

I was shocked, I mean how else was I supposed to feel.

'what does he mean? take his quirk? be his successor?'

"young Midoriya let me explain." All Might said.

"back when quirks first appeared there were a set of brothers, one of them was quirkless while the other had a very powerful quirk called All For One, he felt pity for his younger brother so he gave him a quirk, a quirk that allowed him to stockpile power in his body. however, his seemingly quirkless brother, in fact, did have a quirk, a quirk that gave him the ability to give his power to others. The seemingly useless quirk merged with the quirk his brother gave him and became one of the most powerful quirks known to man, that power will be the savior of  mankind but the destruction of All For One." All Might sighed.

"the name of  that quirk is called One For All." All Might explained with a serious tone in his voice.

"the fact that you asked if I would take your quirk means that you have One For All." I looked at All Might looking for a sign that I was right when I got a nod from the  #1 pro hero I knew that what I had assumed was correct.

"Yes, I am that 8th user of One For All. If you are to accept then you will become the 9th user." All Might added.

"Yes, I accept your offer," I said, looking All Might in the eyes, my eyes were lit (Lmao, ITS GETTING LIT IN HERE.) with a fiery determination. 

"Okay, we will start training next week Monday, in 2 days meet me at  Dagobah beach at 6 am, may I have your phone" All Might extended his arm, I placed my phone in his hand.

Once I got my phone back I noticed All Might gave me his contact information "Wait why do I have to train?" I questioned tilting my head.

"Well, One For All is a very powerful quirk, if you were to inherit it now your fragile body would go 'Boom'." All Might explained using hand gestures to add an emphasis on the word 'boom'.

"Wow, Okay, um thanks for the heads up I guess" I said

"Welp I have to go now, you know hero stuff," All Might said nervously scratching his nape.

"Yeah, yeah, I understand, um see you on Monday I guess" I answered also scratching the nape of my neck 'well that got awkward fast'  I thought.

and with that, All Might left, upon reaching the room my mum was in I heard chatting. I excitedly opened her door and saw my mum sitting up talking to Kacchan.

"MUM!" I ran and jumped onto her giving her the biggest bear hug ever.

"ah, Izuku darling, where were you?" my mum questioned.

"did Kacchan not tell you?" I questioned back confused.

"No, I thought you would want to tell her" Kacchan interrupted.

my poor mum was sitting in the middle with the most lost and puzzled look on her face, I looked back at her and replied.

"Well, A-All might come to see me about what I did to save you" I was nervous because of how my mother would react to her quirkless son running into a burning building.

"well, that's lovely that All Might came to see you, but what is this I hear about you saving me" my mum had a murderess aura coming off of her, she tilted her head and smiled which only made her more terrifying.

Kacchan could see how scared I was so he told her "he ran into the building without a second thought, he saved your life."

"Izuku, that was very dangerous. Did you get hurt?" my mum asked her murder intent dissolving.

"O-only a burn" I reply

"tsk, it's not just a burn Deku, they said it would scar" Kacchan butted in.

"what, hunny let me see" my mum reached her arm out, I slowly placed my arm in her hand.

"you're not allowed to touch it, I have to take some pain medication for a few weeks while it heals" I nervously said while looking away from my mum. 

"Oh, my poor baby boy" my mum pulled me back in for another hug.

~time skip~ ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ later that night

Its been a couple hours but the doctors have finished testing mum and say that she is allowed to go home.

"Okay Izuku lets get home," my mum said

"I hate to interrupt, actually no I don't care if I'm interrupting, anyway did you forget that your home burned down," Kacchan said.

"oh.......right.......ummmm" mum said, looking kinda lost.

"you can come over to my house I'm sure my mum would be fine with it" Kacchan sighed.

"Oh, thank you, I will take you up on that offer" mum replied.

 "let me just ring her so she can pick us up" Kacchan pulled out his phone and rung his mum.

after about 10 minutes Kacchans mum pulled into the parking lot we were waiting in.

"Inko its good to see that you are up on your feet," Auntie Matsuki said.

"well its good to be up and on my feet" my mum giggled

once we all got in the car, Auntie Matsuki drove us to her house, the car ride was silent between Kacchan and I but my mother and Kacchan's mum would not be quiet, although Kacchan and I were quiet we held hands till we pulled up to his house.

That night I took my pain medication and slept in Kacchan's bed being the little spoon, while my mum and auntie Matsuki shared a bed, Kacchan's poor dad had to sleep on the couch.
