chapter 10

After dinner, I went to the beach to meet All Might

Izuku P.O.V

I walked down the street heading towards the beach, it was cold but it was a comforting cold.

Once I reached the beach I saw a skinny, tall, blonde man. he called out to me.

"ah, young Midoriya, let us start your training" I was a little scared since I didn't know who he was but he knew me.

I stopped walking towards him and just stood there looking at him.

"Oh sorry I forgot to tell you, this is my true form. One For All just gives me a muscular appearance." he laughed nervously.

 "o-oh o-ok, um well I c-can't do to much cause of my hand but I will do my best" I sounded confused to start but by the end of my sentence I sounded determined, and I was this was the beginning of many tests ahead of me, tests that will push me mentally, physically and emotionally. This was the beginning of how I achieve my dream of being a hero.

"I took that into thought when making your workout plan, you see we will work on your core, legs, and stamina till your hand heals" after a lot of explaining I understood what was going to happen.

for the first hour, we did leg workouts squats, pushing that junk that was on the beach with my legs, and other stuff.

the next hour we did core stuff, sit-ups, planks, leg raises, and more.

then for the third and final hour, we did a full 60-minute jog around this big park, I collapsed a few times but that's okay because All Might or Toshinori Yagi was there supporting me the whole time.

by the end of it my whole body was numb and I could barely walk.

"that's it for today young Midoriya, take a break tomorrow then we are back at it the day after that. don't get to use to breaks because they will become less frequent the more you workout." All Might told me.

"Okay, thank you All Might." I thanked while laying on the ground.

All Might then left and I just stayed there, like just laying there on the ground.....alone.....at 9 pm.....

I got up with a groan of pain, I eventually sat up and used the bench next to me to help me stand up. I slowly made my way home limping and sweaty. when I approached the front door I heard yelling 'that is most likely Kacchan and auntie Matsuki' I thought.

sighing I opened the door and saw Kacchan throwing a chair at his mum while my mum and Kacchan's dad sat at the table sipping tea most likely tuning everything out.

I laughed a bit at the sight, I limped in and went upstairs being totally ignored by everyone.

with enough motivation I rolled off of Kacchan and I's bed and went into the bathroom, I started the bath and sat on the floor waiting. when the bath was full I stripped and played 「24/7」 Nightcore radio for heroes ※ PLUS ULTRA. it was a music live stream that had been playing for a few days now.

I slowly lowered my body in the water leaving my right hand out of it, closing my eyes and slowly drifting off into a deep sleep.

I was standing at the top of a building, my school building to be exact, the green grass merged with the blue skies, tall trees swaying in the wind my hair swaying with it, birds singing their songs.

then I felt a wet drop on my face I touched my skin and saw I was crying 'why am I crying' I thought, I then took a step towards the edge 'no, no what am I doing' I was panicking, I had no control over my body, then another step and another. I was standing on the edge then I heard someone speak "He will never love me, I don't know why I still try" I said that not on purpose but I said that.

I have no clue what is going on, I look down at the grass and see Kacchan laying on it, hands behind his head, eyes closed.

 he opens his eyes and looks straight at me and smirks, I then take the final steep and plummet to the cold hard ground. then it was just black.

 "YEAH, I KNOW YOU OLD HAG, JUST BE QUIET ALREADY!!" I heard someone yell, then I heard a door slam and I opened my eyes.

'just a dream huh'  I sat up and emptied the bath,  got out and wrapped the towel around my waist and walked out.

I saw Kacchan sitting on his bed going through his phone. I opened his clothes drawer and grabbed a black cat onesie and lay on the bed next to Kacchan and closed my eyes.

"Goodnight Kacchan, I love you" I put my head on his chest and drifted off into sleep.

"Love you too, good night" he played with my hear 'so this is what my training is going to be like for the next 9 months, welp I better get used to it" I smiled and fall into a dark dreamless sleep.

A/N: So that was a bit shorter than usual but I'm trying.
