"Calum I'm gonna miss you!" Luke cries as he walks up and hugs me.

"Yeah who's gonna be Calum from YouTube?" Ashton whines before shoving Luke out of the way playfully and comes to hug me.

"Lads I'm gonna be gone for ten days, you won't miss me that much."

"Yes we are!" Michael argues "But you're still gonna make Keeks right?"

"Maybe, Michael I'm gonna be on vacation. But I'll make a few if I feel like it.

"You better." He mumbles.

Flight 1541 to LaGuardia International Airport, now boarding. The lady at the desk calls over the intercom.

'"Well guys i guess I should get going."

A series of huffs and groans come from the boys and I roll my eyes. Typical.

They all give me one last hug before I walk down the terminal. I make my way into the airplane and find my seat next to a teenage girl with dull red hair. (Please don't freak or fangirl) I wish silently in my head.

"Your'e Calum." She states matter of factly and I let out a sigh of relief

" I thought that you were gonna freak out." I mumble as I set my bags under my seat and pull my phone out.

"No, I'm not like those crazed fangirls. I love your music." She gushes and I can't help but smile.

"Thanks, What's your favourite song?"

"Ugh, I have so many!" Her blue eyes roam up in search for an answer. "I like Amnesia. The song has so much emotion, it makes me tear up. And that's kind of embarrasing that I just admitted that." She chuckles and blushes slightly.

It's not embarrasing, it shows that you truly connect to our music. It means, that we're doing a good job."

"Yeah, I saw you leaving without the boys, are you on vacation?"

"Yeah, I need some air, Some time for myself. I've been kind of stressed lately."

"Oh." Her face falls slightly "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine, thanks though. Do you wanna take a few pictures?"

Her eyes widen and she nods her head rapidly.

"I was gonna ask, but when you said that you were stressed, I didn't want to bother you."

"Oh, no you're fine. Don't sweat it."

She pulls out her Iphone and the whole screen is shattered.

"What happened to you phone ?" I ask.

"Ugh, my sister, she threw it out of my hand twice, I'm surprised that it still works."

We take about four selfies, one of us smiling, one of us with out tongues out, one of her kisssing my cheek and one of me kissing her cheek. We continue to talk and laugh until the plane lands in New York.

"So what brings you up to NY?" I ask her.

"I'm gonna surprise and old friend. Her name is Sutton. She doesn't know I'm coming, soo.."

I chuckle and start making my way out of the airplane and turn around suddenly.

"I never caught your name?"

"Uh, Skylar, Skylar Woods."

"Well it was nice to meet you Skylar."

" You too." She gives me a brief hug before we go our seperate ways."
