Feelings || A Changlix Fanfic

I stand there nervously in front the huge building in front of me. This is my new high school. It's such a vast place, I don't know how I'll ever find my way around. Trembling, I walk through the rusty gates and onto the court yard. I see hundreds of others students in the same red and black uniform. It's quite intimidating actually. I sit down on a bench while I wait for the bell to ring. A group of boys smile at me and I smile back. They seem really nice but I'm too nervous to go talk to them. I don't want it to end like last time so I decide to just keep to myself unless someone else comes towards me first.
The bell rings and we all pour into the enormous building. My first class is korean in room 207. As I walk into the door my teacher, Seongsengnim Park pulls me aside so that I can introduce myself in front of everyone. "Um my name is L-Lee Felix and I transferred here from Sydney Australia," I say nervously. My teacher tells me to sit next to a cherry haired boy and he's one of the boys that smiled at me earlier. "Hi Felix! I'm Seungmin, if you need help I'm always here! You can consider me your first friend here," he says kindly. "Thanks," I say smiling back to him. The class is boring but Seongsengnim Park is a nice teacher. When her back is turned I lean over and whisper to Seungmin, "Who are you eating lunch with?"
"Jeongin and Hyunjin," he says pointing to the two other boys that I saw this morning. Hyunjin is REALLY tall and quite handsome. Jeongin is younger looking and he's quite cute. "But you're welcome to join us," Seungmin adds.

Eating with them is fun. Their chemistry works really well together and we laugh a lot. Hyunjin keeps texting under the table though and I'm too polite to look at his screen. "I wonder where Changbin is.." Jeongin says. "I don't know and I do not care one bit," replies Seungmin. Hyunjin laughs and says, "He probably had a math test and wanted to avoid it!"
"Who's Changbin?" I ask. "A jerk and an assho-" Seungmin starts but Hyunjin interrupts. "He's my best friend," he assures me. Changbin, what a cute name...
"Anyway, so Felix, why did you come to korea?" Jeongin asks. I slightly panic but I have to grit a lie right through my teeth if I want to keep my friends. "My parents are korean and I wanted to properly experience the culture," I say nervously. I feel bad lying to such nice people, but I am not risking anything.

During lunch, the guys show me a bunch of cool people, and they tell me all the school secrets. We meet Chan and Jisung, the group that Changbin usually hangs out with apparently. Jisung, Chan, and Changbin form a rap group and I manage to coolly slip that I like to rap. Chan even says that I'll be able to join them if I want today after classes. (SQUEEEEEEE). And then, someone walks towards us. A shorter black haired guy that's, both hot and cute at the same time. I rub my eyes to make sure I'm not dreaming, because this dude is literally making my cheeks burn red.
"Oh hey Changbin!" says Hyunjin sniggering.
So this is the famous Changbin... Wow.
He's got this swagger and it makes me feel this amazing sensation.  He's got a dark aura and it makes him look intimidating, but I'm sure he gives great cuddles too. The black hoodie he's wearing on too of his red uniform jacket is probably heavier than it looks, as his cheeks are flushe. He must be overheating...
I wave nervously, and he just says "Hey..."
"Would you mind if Felix came to our practice later?" Jisung asks. "N-no, of course not," he replies. Hyunjin whispers something in Changbin's ear and he giggle but Changbin shoots him the dirtiest look possible, but Hyunjin just laughs more.
He has dark circles under his eyes, and he looks exhausted just in the way he walks. He looks gloomy and depressed and that makes me sad. If this wasn't the first time I met him, I'd make sure to give him a big hug to cheer him up!
