Brad was quiet impressed with the security personal and the schedule they worked out. He made small changes here and there and the most important one was that under no circumstance was Megan allowed to be alone.

Megan wanted to continue working, so Brad would be going with her to work, despite her objection.

He brought his laptop with him so that he can work during the day to help find Enzo Valentine.

He will constantly be in contact with Harris and his team. Brad send Harris a message to email all information in connection with Enzo Valentine and any body that had any contact with him.

Reid left after he introduced Brad to Ester the house keeper. Ester was the sweetest lady. She was short and round. She had the reddest hair Brad had ever seen on a person. Her big brown eyes sparkle every time she smiled.
She helped Brad carry up his suitcases to the guest room closes to Megan's room. Reid wanted Brad only a couple of feet away from Megan just in case she needed him.

The room was beautifully furnished. The way Megan furnished the house showed her personality and taste. The curtains, duvet and pillows was in a dark blue with horizontal green stripes across.                                       The walls was painted a light green, and in the corner next to the double bed was a love-seat facing the window.
Ester urged Brad to go downstairs and have something to eat and drink. She left a warm meal for him and Megan on the kitchen table.

Brad didn't hesitate he was starving. After he thanked Ester he headed downstairs, as he rounded the corner he saw Megan already seated at the kitchen table.
His plate of food was across from her. A part of him wanted to walk away, but Megan felt his presence and their eyes locked.

"I don't bite"

She closed her hand around her cup of coffee feeling the warmth. Her emotions were not easily hidden on her face. Her pain was evident to Brad in those eyes, those eyes showed her soul of hopeless grief.

Brad knew, that pain was caused by Bella Thorne's death.

"Sit down will you, the food is getting cold. You must be hungry by now. We all had a busy day".

Brad's mouth is almost to dry to speak. "Yeah, thank you". Brad pulled out the chair and sat down, he immediately started eating from the home cooked meal. Now that Brad was across from her it's far easier to observe him discreetly.

He's tall, north of six foot. He had that grown-up sexy choir boy look except for the tattoos that swirl above the neckline of his T-shirt. She could see every muscle on his torso underneath his tight fit T-shirt.

His eyes were a mesmerizing ocean blue and she could swear she saw specks of green in them, but she didn't want to stare long enough to find out.

He sure was a living peace of art. She was trying to ignore his cologne. Why does he have to smell this damn good? She didn't need more confusion.

She stood up so fast nearly knocking the chair over.
"I'm not waiting for a hero, I saved myself long ago"

Brad looked up at Megan in confusion.

"I'm nobody's hero Megan, I'm just here to see that no harm comes to you."

"You're main concern should be finding Valentine! Look around you, I'm surrounded by guards. Do you really think he will be that stupid to send someone to my house again!?"

"I don't know Megan. Valentine thinks Bella Thorne gave you a flash drive. He has already send one of his goons after you to retrieve it, so it must have something of importance on it, and he thinks you have it".
