"You're sick!!" She screams in his face.
She begs pleads for Greed to seek solace in sobriety
But only screams back in tongues
Yells out her flaws and insecurities in hopes that she'll back down
He knows where this will lead
But never learns.
Ares finds an opening to take over her body
Eyes fill with red
Her lips spit fire from her lungs
Scratching and screaming at Greed
Hungry for blood and tears
It's still the same after all these years
He betrays her trust, takes advantage of her kindness
And when she is blind with rage and cannot stomach anymore
He reminds her of "The Good Times"
In hopes that she will look past his gargantuan mistakes
After swallowing her whole in his own misery
Why she takes him back every time is a mystery.
We have heard her say
"You're so miserable!"
"You're disgusting!!"
"Get your life together!"
How she has given everything yet receives little to nothing in return
To have sacrificed 14 years of her life for someone who only wants more
And threatens to leave her door
Shaking me to my core
He hears her screams
Alas, he does not listen to her cries.
