"Hey papa," Minca said, opening the door.
"Hey my little Minca," he smiled, brewing some coffee. "How was the show today?" he asked, pouring coffee into his mug.
"Good, I got to eliminate someone, and then they added four new girls," she explained.
"Ahh, that's nice," he smiled, sipping at his coffee. "You want some?" he offered.
"Yes please Papa," she implored, as he poured some coffee into the mug.
"Anyone get your attention darling," he wondered, scratching his head.
"No," Minca sighed, sipping at the coffee, as steam rose from the mug.
"Well, you'll find someone," he reassured.
"Well there's this girl," she started. "But I think I messed it up," she sighed, putting down the mug. Her father opened up the fridge, and grabbed a slice of cake. "I was just so mean!" Minca began to sob.
"Now now sweety," he comforted, rubbing her back. He placed the cake in front of Minca. She dug into the cake, as tears flooded her eyes. "Tell Papa all about it," he said.
"I was so mean," Minca sobbed. "We were at the football game," she continued, as bits of the cake flew from her mouth. "I just got a call from the insurance company," she whimpered. "And I was in a bad mood," Minca went on, as her dad stroked her long hair. "And then I just snapped at her," she yelled, stuffing her face in the cake.
"Oh my little Minca," he began. "It's ok, I'm sure she'll understand," he reassured, wiping the cake off her face. "Now go upstairs and wash your face bubby, you look like a tomato," he joked, shaking his head.
"Ok Papa," she laughed, through her tears. She wiped her face, and walked upstairs.
