"Can you tell me where are you?"
"I'm actually in the office."
He answered.
"Hang on! I'm coming."
"Oh-okay. But be fast, I need to leave."
"Sure!"
I rushed into my car to go get his phone. P'Arthit must've been really upset or he'd never be this forgetful to leave his own phone in the office. I felt so guilty that I hardly could drive. Hastily, parking my car in a non parking zone I dashed towards a person who possibly seemed to be the guy I talked over the phone.
"Hey."
I patted on his back.
When he turned back, I was quite startled indeed. It felt like I've seen this guy somewhere before, he seemed so known. He gently handed me over P'Arthit's phone.
"Have I seen you before?"
I asked out of curiosity.
"We're from the same university."
He replied.
"Really?"
"Yeah."
"Have you seen me before?"
"Yeah, you're Kongpob!"
"What's you're name?"
"Gun."
"Thank you Gun! Hope to see you later. Bye!"
"Bye."

It was half past 11, for the past one hour I was waiting for my Angry-Prince in my balcony. The number of mosquito bite I've endured in this one hour could've easily create a record in the Guinness book of world record, if I had participated. I wished for him to signal his presence by switching on his light but the light never flashed.
I wondered & worried at the same time. He wasn't usually this late. But today wasn't usual, today was his National Angry day. Once a year he gets this angry without a valid reason. As he's a master at getting angry.

I never realised when I fell asleep, waiting for him. When I woke up, I was already in the bed & P'Arthit was already next to me. Asleep.
In the morning, when he was still asleep I quickly prepared his favourite dish. Baked pasta.
I didn't dare to wake him, he woke up himself without my slightest effort.
"P, when did you come?"
"I saw you miserably sleeping in the balcony last night. So I came for your rescue!"
"Ahh-I see."
"Are you still mad at me?"
"I don't find a reason for not to be!"
I couldn't find of a better option then to hold his hand firmly and slowly spill it all out.
As I finished explaining him, he gently nodded.

We both were in the car. I was driving, while he was busy reading something over his phone. I had something to discuss with him, but because of yesterday's argument I couldn't have the time to say it. I took the opportunity of traffic jam, and started;
"P'Arthit...."
"Yeah,"
"My dad called me yesterday. He has called me for an urgency. Do you mind if I go & visit him in the weekend?"
"Why would I be mad? You're free to go."
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah, I'm damn sure."
"Thank you so much."

Last night S called me to make sure that I was visiting Dad. It seemed a bit weird, though he had nothing to convince dad of, still he was kind of interested about my visit. I asked him to join me & it felt like he was waiting for the opportunity of being asked. He readily agreed. I smelled something fishy but I let it go.
In the morning I kissed P'Arthit goodbye & accordingly got into my car. S was waiting for me in his dorm, I had to pick him up from there.

Dad was standing in front of our doorsteps. He looked a bit shabby with these wrinkle on his face which reflected his age. The smile on his face was a sign of welcome, which I appreciated from heart. It's quite good to be back at home. And it's been a while we're together. We both ran to him & enfolded him into a tight hug.
"Don't do this, I'll miss you guys when you're gone."
Dad joked.
"Don't worry, we'll take you with us."
S added sarcastically.
After dinner, we all three gathered to have a little bit of chitchat which we didn't have for years.
This was not me, I was never like this before. After mom left I was far away from dad. But this time we really got well. Perhaps, the distance created a love.
Moreover, he seemed to like companionship. He's old now & even retired. I think he's lonely all the time, so this visit might have made his day. He never stopped smiling from the moment I stepped in. If I knew it earlier, I'd always maintain to be a good boy. At least I'd him visit him once a week.
We randomly chatted about office, university & also about life in abroad which soon S will encounter with. Our talking continued for an hour until it halted at me.
"Do you have a girlfriend?"
"No, Dad!"
I said hideously.
"But you look so suspicious."
I knew it really well that he'd know it quite easily if I was lying. He always knew it.
"Dad....actually..."
"Don't say it! I already know."
He gently replied.
I felt a huge lump in my throat, I never hoped him to learn anything about me from someone else. I thought it'd hurt him.
"It's okay. I support you guys."
He added before I could make an explanation.
"Where did you heard from?"
"S told me long ago about you & your boyfriend. First, I felt it was gross. But S told me it was the trend."
He laughed.
"Trend?" I idiotically questioned him.
"Yeah! I'd have supported you, anyway. After all the hardship you went through, I obviously wouldn't dare to be an obstacle in my child's life. Could I?"
I hugged him for being this comprehending as well as liberal to me.
"Thanks Dad, it seriously means a lot."
S winked at me. He's such a responsible little adorable brother. I realised how big he was now, that he himself solved his elder brother's trouble. Further, it felt as if a weight had been lifted from my heart.
I eagerly waited to deliver this news to P'Arthit. Of course he'd be asleep by now. So I'd have to wait for the next day.
