Chapter 40

Few days after.

•Vienna's P.O.V•

I looked at my hand for a second then looked up to see Yashua stood in front of me with a massive grin on his face.

"Hey there baby girl."He said as he pulled me into a tight hug, pulling me closer to him.

I just wanted to curl up and cry but I couldn't, I hugged him for a few seconds then pulled away from the hug and plastered a smile on my face. "Hey, I didn't know you were back at school already."

"Well we haven't got that long to graduate now do we?"Yashua said with a soft chuckle. "Doctor said its fully healed so I can do whatever the fuck I want."

"No you can't yashua."

Yashua let out a sigh and rolled his eyes, throwing his hands a little in the hair. "Here come out the Florence nightgale in you."

I let out a soft chuckle. "I'm just saying the truth, you can't do whatever the fuck you want."

Richard walked over to us and looked at me with his coffee in his hand. "What are you two talking about now?"

"He thinks he's superman right here."I replied as I rolled my eyes at him, pointing at him a little. "Thinking he can do whatever the fuck he wants because he's healed up."

Richard rolled his eyes at yashua and looked at him. "We might of shared the womb but I don't want to share a room with you again."

Yashua let out a scoff. "You should of been graced with my presence and as if I want to."

"Well you breaking your leg made mum paranoid or something else happening to you, you idiota."Richard said in a bitter tone.

Zabdiel walked over to us, he pulled me into hug then saw yashua and smiled. "Look who is back for good."

Yashua smiled. "Great to be back and annoy Richard at school too."

Richard rolled his eyes. "Well me and Vi are fucking off away from you tarodos."

Riki appeared, he looked at me and I looked at Richard. "Shouldn't we be going?"

Zabdiel pulled a confused expression on his face. "Wait, are you guys not talk-"

Joel appeared, cutting off Zabdiel with another confused look. "Is today Opposite Day or something?"

Richard looked at me and took a hold of my hand. "Another reason added to the list to as why we should leave."

"What?"Joel asked in a confused tone looking at Richard with a confused expression on his face.

"Another bastard has turned up therefore more reason for me and vi to leave."Richard replied harshly then dragged me away from them, leaving an upset Riki and a confused Zabdiel.

Me and Richard walked over to the fields, where it was really quiet at this time.

We sat down on the grass, cross legged as I picked up a few daisies and twisted them around due to the silence sat between me and Richard.

Richard looked at me and took a hold of my hand, giving it a little squeeze. "I heard about what happened."

"What?"

"Please don't act dumb with me right now, I found out okay."Richard said as he let out a sigh. "My mum and your dad told me along with Riki on the night you disappeared."

"He could tell you but didn't bother to tell me?"

Richard let out another sigh. "Don't do this, you've gotta understand how hard it is for them, how hard it is for Papi to be going through this."

I pulled my hand away from his and got up from the grass, I threw my bag over my shoulder and looked at him.

My eyes brimming with tears, my hands slowly beginning to shake and my lip trembled. "No one ever once thought about me in this, selfish I know but no one ever thought that I needed to know did they?"

"Vi..."

"That's all you can say can't it? Imagine if I didn't see that letter, then I wouldn't of known and kept in the dark for how long?"

"I unde-"

I cut him off, tears began to trickle down my face. "You don't understand because if you did, you would understand why I'm so upset."

Then I walked off into the school to the bathroom, I quickly ran into the cubicle and cried my eyes out as my back leaned against the door, not knowing what to do.

A knock came from the door, I sniffed and took a deep breath then let it out. "Vi? Are you in there?"

It was Anouk.

Some part of me wishing it was Hannah for some weird reason.

"Yeah."I replied as I began to wipe my tears away and got up from the floor. "Has something happened?"

"I'm just checking if you are okay because you ran in here."Anouk said as she let out a sigh. "Are you?"

"I'm perfectly fine, thank you for asking."

My phone pinged, I pulled it out of my pocket to see it was a text from Chris.

Salt & Vinegar crisp~ Can't come in today, a lot going on. I'm so sorry, I'll come down tonight promise.

Me~ It's okay, don't worry about it.

"Vienna? Vi?"Anouk asked from behind the door. "Are you sure?"

"Yes I'm, I'll see you in lesson."I replied hoping she would go away.

She let out a sigh, knowing she wasn't believing me right now but she had to and I heard her leaving the bathroom.

I quickly wiped my tears away and picked up my bag then shortly left the bathroom.

So many thoughts were lingering around in my head, it was me, it's me.

That's why all of this is happening, it's me like it's always has been.

I ended up stopping in my tracks but not noticing at all as my head was wrapped in these thoughts.

I looked up to see Sebastian stood in front of me with such sorrow in his eyes. "Vienna, can we speak?"

I looked at him for a few seconds, I need to say something, I need to  stand up for myself.

I could at least do this couldn't I?

But I didn't, I looked at him then pushed past him and ran back into he bathroom into that cubicle and cried my eyes out.

I'm not fine.

Never have been.

Inside knowing, I'll never be the same person I was before all of this.

I lost too much and people wouldn't mind to lose me either would they?
