THE FIVE RAN through the woods, jumping over fallen logs, and branches that could make them fall, making them closer to the enemy. Nova ran behind Octavia, with Clarke and Finn behind them, Monty in the lead.
Monty tripped over a fallen branch, landing on the grass beneath him. "Monty." Octavia murmured, seeing him fall. Nova and Octavia rushed over to him, helping him up off the ground, and that was when they saw what was laying in front of Monty. Human bones lay in front of him, bones scattered throughout the forest.
"Who are they?" Finn asked, his eyebrows furrowing as he looking down at the pile of bones.
Clarke picked up a skull, holding it up for them all to show. The head was deformed, it looked nonhuman. "What are they?" Clarke clarified.
"We are so screwed." Octavia breathed out, exhausted from all the running they had just done.
A scream sounded out throughout the whole forest. "Jasper." Nova said, trying to catch her breath.
"He's alive." Clarke murmured, and began running from the way they had just came.
"Wait," Finn told Clarke once they reached the place Jasper just was. "Stay in the trees." Finn looked around at the spot where Jasper was. "He was just right there." Confusion was laced in his voice.
"So, then where the hell is he?" Nova asked, as she stared ahead.
"They took him." Clarke said, as she came to a realization.

"Wells!" Clarke called out, as she saw him holding Murphy in a chokehold, with a knife against his throat. "Let him go!" She went and stood next to the two.
Wells threw Murphy on the ground, only for Murphy to stand back up, and charge at him again. Bellamy held him back, to stop another fight from breaking out.
Bellamy dropped Murphy when he saw Nova helping Octavia walk down the hill, one of Octavia's arms draped around Nova's neck. "Octavia!" He called out, rushing over to her, and took Octavia from Nova's arms. "Are you alright?"
"Yeah," she murmured, wincing as he helped her walk down the hill.
"Where's the food?" Bellamy asked.
"We didn't make it to Mount Weather." Finn said, sitting on a log.
"What the hell happened out there?" Bellamy asked, turning away from his sister for a moment, to face the group.
