"There is auditions for B Troupes too!"
Now that the A Troupe auditions were over, all of the dancers who did not make the CUT were leaving the Studio and the new members of the team were starting to talk with eachother. This was time for Richelle to talk to Emily and Michelle about all that had gone on the last few months.
SHAKES AND LADDERS
Emily (Shakes & Ladders Staff) POV -
I got a text from Richelle to meet us so Michelle and I have taken our breaks so we can meet and speak with her.
Michelle (Shakes & Ladders Staff) POV +
When Richelle walks in I'm just happy to see that she is walking and fine. Its a big weight of my chest.

"Richelle! I'm glad your alright!"
"What is going on!?"
Richelle stormed into the juice bar at great speed. "What are you doing working here? We have to get ready for Regionals!" Richelle said as she sat down. "We are not Co - Studio Heads anymore. Kate pulled us after I let you dance on the video. I'm sorry about that too!" Emily responded. "I forgave you about that, I would have done the same and Kate has made a huge bad mistake!"
Richelle (Acro Dancer) POV -
Emily and Michelle are so important to us. We can't win Regionals without them and no Fixer is going to help us win. I wish there was something I could do.
"So that is it? Your just going to make juices and milkshakes instead of get us to Regionals?" Richelle questioned abrasivly. "No Richelle, we are staying here ready to be there for the studio whenever help is needed. Michelle and I will never leave the studio."
Emily (Shakes & Ladders Staff) POV -
I understand Richelles frustration. But there is nothing we can about it at the time being. But the sounds of it, she made A Troupe so she needs to focus on that.
STUDIO ONE LOCKER ROOM
Amy (Acro Dancer) POV -
The dancers who were not put on the team had to leave the studio but I did not want to leave so I have come to the locker room to meet piper. I can't believe that I am not on A Troupe! It was my world and I let it slip away, what am I going to do?
"Amy? Why did you miss the audition?"
Piper (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
I'm sad that Amy isn't on A Troupe. But its difficult because she left for an all acro team and should have been here to learn the choreography if she wanted to be here. I don't know what to say to her about this.
"The bus was delayed. Can we speak to the new studio head and see if I can try out for the team? Or convince her I can be an alternate?" Amy asked desperately, but piper didn't seem to enthusiastic with this idea. "No I'm sorry" She began, sitting down next to her friend, "Miss Angela will not allow that at all_
Piper (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
Miss Angela is so intense. If we start messing around with the team she might kick us off.
"What so I'm just supposed to not try to get back into The Next Step Piper? What do you say I do?" It seemed that piper did not give much help, "go back to the all acro team and go to Regionals with them. Its your only shot; or join B Troupe and hope a spot opens up during the year"
Amy (Acro Dancer) POV -
If I stay at the all acro team, I will go against the next step at Regionals. But if I go to B Troupe then I won't go anywhere. What am I going to do?
STUDIO A
Over in studio A, Jacquie was giving her sister the guided tour of the studio as now she was on A Troupe, they would be there together a lot more than usual. "This is just the cubby and we put our things there for dance or there is the Studio One Locker Room down the hall" Jacquie directed.
"Ah Cool! Show me...there next....."
Davis (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
I'm with my sister when I see LILLY go into the office to talk with Miss Angela. So what do I do I sneak up to the windows to find out what she is talking about. I knew it! Lilly is Miss Angelas daughter! I really hope this isn't going to lead to faulty play on A Troupe...

On the other side of the studio, some of the new dancers were all hanging out and talking. "So how experienced are you?" Finn inquired, talking to Kenzie about her dance career.
Kenzie (Jazz Funk Dancer) POV -
I don't know what to say. I'm pretty competitive and I've been to Regionals 5 times but never gone on to nationals. But I don't want to seem under qualified to be on a team of this calibre.
"I'm very experienced! I've been to Inter Nationals 3 times, Paris, Miami and last year in Portugal!" Kenzie suddenly found herself saying, but things were getting even worse for her. "Yeah, and I was the soloist all 3 times..."
Kenzie (Jazz Funk Dancer) POV -
Its not lying, I'm just really over stating ,the truth, My family moves around a lot and I have completed in 5 Regionals competitions, just in different countries around the world.
Summer (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
I'm so glad that we have an experienced dancer like Kenzie on our team. This is going to be really helpful for A Troupe.
SHAKES AND LADDERS
It was apparent now that most of the A Troupe dancers had discovered that Emily and Michelle were working in the juice bar, only a 2 minute walk away from Studio A. This was good news, it gave them someone to tal,k to and go to in times of crisis. "So you are just working here?"
Noah (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
It is great to see Emily and Michelle again. I just can't believe that they are working in Shakes and Ladders when we have Regionals to prepare for; This is so weird.
"We miss you, it definitely isn't the same" Noah said softly to his friends. They smiled at him which indicated they did miss him and the team too, "but just for the record? I don't think Kate should have got rid of you both everyone makes erros and Richelle should have been honest, she knows that too" Noah added, a bleep came into his phone as second later from Ozzy.
"I've got to go to Studio A"
Noah (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
Angela has called an A Troupe meeting in the Studio. It looks as if the dance season is officially going to begin at The next step.
STUDIO A
Richelle (Acro Dancer) POV -
The new studio head has called an A Troupe meeting. I'm interested to see what she has to day and see what she can offer our team.
Henry (Hiphop Dancer) POV -
We've only really seen this one side to Miss Angela which is strict and intense so maybe she is going to be different now its just us?
"Ahem. Thank you for coming" She said. "I have called a meeting because its time we introduced ourselves and got to know to the last dot and tee, where we stand on this team. You are the dancers, I am the Studio Head, my ruling is final. I have won 8 Regionals, 4 Nationals and 2 Inter Nationals in my career; you are in the best hands possible!" She explained to the team rather boastfully.
"But remember this; no one is not replaceable, there is many other dancers who want a spot on this team. So you need to pull your weight, dance comes first and no other activities should be taking your priorities. Any questions?" She then added, the whole room stayed silent. "Good. Were on the same page, if we work together, we will in Regionals!"
Summer (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
She seems intense, but maybe that is what we need if we are going to be a team of winning Regionals.
Jacquie (Contemporary Dancer) POV -
I think that Angela could be good for the next step. I hate to say this, but perhaps Kate getting rid of Michelle and Emily was a good thing after all.
