After the fire died down everyone was told to partner up and go hunting for food. Katherine saw Bellamy pick up some gear and decided to do the same, before she could touch a spear a hand caught her arm.

-"What are you doing?" Bellamy asked holding her arm tightly.

-"I'm going hunting" Katherine answered shortly.

-"No, you're not. You are going to stay here in camp" Bellamy commanded firmly as he tried to intimidate her.

-"I have been here for 2 weeks, I need to go out. Plus I'm a better hunter than anyone in your camp".

-"Fine but you're going with me, any wrong movement and I'll shoot you" Bellamy threatened playfully, Katherine narrowed her eyes "I'm kidding. Sorta" He ended with a small smile.

-"Whatever" Katherine rolled her eyes unamused "Let's go"

-"Wait" Bellamy stopped her, she turned to see him walk inside the drop ship. She waited impatiently, she needed them to leave camp so she could run away easily. He came back shortly with her sword in hand, her eyes brightened.

-

"I think this belongs to you" Bellamy said handing Katherine her sword.

-"My sword" She said with a barely noticeable smile as she remembered how she gained it. It was a gift from her mentor, Indra, a great warrior in Katherine's opinion. She had gifted it to her after Katherine completed her training. One of the best days of her life.

She had three swords in total, gifted to her by the most important women in her life. Women she admired.

Katherine hugged Bellamy with a huge smile as she muttered a "Thank you". She pulled away immediately.

-"We should probably leave before it gets dark" Katherine suggested awkwardly, Bellamy nodded in agreement.

Bellamy and Katherine walked out of camp together, their weapons in hand. They walked in silence as they walked away from the camp, Bellamy searching for food, Katherine thinking of the best way to run away.

Katherine got distracted as she saw a glowing butterfly, memories of her and Lincoln watching the butterflies when they were younger came to her mind.

She followed the butterfly, leaving Bellamy behind. The butterflies reminded her of her youth, before she became a warrior.

She stared in amazement as she arrived at a small hill, filled with the beautiful glowing butterflies. She dropped her sword, she extended her arm as butterflies stood on her arm.

-"Hey, I was looking for you" Bellamy said arriving behind Katherine "What are you doing?" He asked confused.

She smiled brightly turning around to see him. Bellamy saw her smiling for the first time, he walked closer to her.

-"When I was little, before i became a warrior. I used to see these butterflies around my village every day" Katherine said with a smile as she let her arms down, the butterflies flying off of her arms. Bellamy glanced at the butterflies then back at her bored.
-"It's great. We should really get back to hunting" He said annoyed.

-"Hey look at this place and forget about your camp for a moment" Katherine said and grabbed his hand, leading him to a tree filled with butterflies.

-"Yeah it's beautiful" He said as he stared at them "Wait. Before you became a warrior?" He asked in confusion.

-"Yeah, I was a little girl, I really  enjoyed coming here with Lincoln" Katherine said as she continued admiring the butterflies.
