"Error 504: Squip multiplication bug. Initiating virus protection. Error 305: Squip emotion stimuli activated."
Jeremy sat up and rubbed his eyes, looking around and seeing his Squips all staring at a screen in worry.
"Guys? What's wrong?" He muttered and they all looked up at him then at each other.
"Winston you tell him." Keira mumbled and Winston walked over to Jeremy.
"W-What's going on?"
"Jeremy...apparently our programmers found out we had a multiplication bug as well as that we have emotions...and sent an anti virus after us..."
"W-What does that mean? What's gonna happen to you guys?"
"Unless we kill it, it'll kill all of us except me. But I'll lose all emotions..." Eric punched the screen he was staring at and the rest of the Squips stared at him in slight fear. "And you don't deserve to put up with me for the rest of your life. Especially without sympathy. You won't survive."
"Do you know h-how to get rid of it?" Jeremy's concern had sky rocketed now that he knew what was gonna happen. He hadn't expected this. He didn't wanna lose his Squips.
"We're tryna find that out. Winston believes he has a lead. We dunno though." Sal crossed his arms and plopped on to Jeremy's bean bag.
"So...you guys are gonna go away forever?" Jeremy's voice cracked and they all nodded, except for Eric. "Well we've gotta stop it. I can't lose you all... I'm calling Michael, he'll be able to help."
"Smart thinking. He did figure out how to deactivate Eric the first time. He may be able to help us stop the anti virus!" Shane smiled at the thought of getting to live. But Jeremy could see his fear underneath the smile and sunglasses...he could see the fear in all their eyes, and he grabbed his phone and quickly found Michael's contact.
"Jere! You're up early. You finally go to bed before two?" Michael asked and Jeremy gulped as he thought about how to explain his situation. "Jeremy? You okay?"
"M-Michael, I need your technological skills, b-badly."
"What's up?"
"My Squips...they're... they're gonna be killed by an anti-virus...except Eric..."
"That's the original Squip right?"
"Mmhm, and he'll l-lose all emotions and I can't h-have that and don't want it. I need y-you to help me figure out how to stop it... I don't wanna l-lost them."
"Okay. I'm gonna be honest, if you thought I single handedly figured out how to deactivate it the first time, you're kidding yourself. I got help from Dustin Kropp. The other weed kid? You know him right?"
"Yeah."
"Well he got a Squip from one of his dads and gave it to his boyfriend who managed to figure out how to turn them on and off. He poured Mountain Dew and Red on em and the ared caused it to shock and short out."
"Well c-call them please. I r-really don't wanna lose the Squips...they're like family to me Michael...you know?"
"I get it. I'll pick em up and we'll be over there soon. Okay?"
"O-Okay...Love you."
"Love you too. Bye bi."
"Bye." Both boys ended the call and the Squips all had weak smiled on their faces. They'd be fine. They knew Jeremy would try and save them.
Now he had to wait.

Jeremy heard the doorbell ring and he went downstairs and opened it to see Michael, Dustin, and...wait why was Nick there?
"Oh my God Dustin is dating Nick." Sal bit his lip in annoyance and Keira punched his arm.
'Huh. That's actually cute.'
"So...What did you say the problem was again Mike?" Dustin asked and Michael sighed.
"Jeremy's Squips are gonna be killed and turned back into emotionless computers if we don't stop the antivirus. Nick I now know you're a fucking tech genius so you're gonna have to help figure this out."
"Well, considering I get the right equipment, I could see Jeremy's brain waves along with that of the Squips, could find the anti virus, and possibly hack into it." Nick readjusted his jacket and Jeremy got a glance of his shirt...Voltron...he really was a nerd.
"Told you I've got the smartest effin' boyfriend." Dustin chuckled and Michael looked over at Jeremy and could see he was upset.
"Don't worry Jere. We'll save your Squips. I promise." He kissed Jeremy gently, and the brunette smiled as lead the three upstairs.

After an hour of talking about plans to find the anti virus, Jeremy felt his head begin buzzing and a headache began to stir.
"Jere? What's wrong?" Michael asked in concern and Jeremy looked apast him to see the Squips staring at something red. Next to it was something a very light greenish blue.
"Oh no...how is it already here?"
"Jeremy? What's here? What are you looking at?" Nick didn't know Jeremy talked aloud to the Squips and Michael quickly explained that part to him.
"Jere? Hello?"
"Squip Antivirus access complete. Quantum Unit Intel Cleanser Component(QUICC) engaged."
"Jeremy you need to shut us down now!!" Eric was breathing heavily and Jeremy didn't know how to shut them down. Mountain Dew Red wouldn't work. "You don't need the drink. You just need to tell us to shut each other off."
"O-Okay. Temporary shut off." With that, all five Squips, plus the Quicc, dissappeared, and Jeremy held his head violently. Michael shook him to get his attention and Jeremy looked up and swallowed the lump seeming to grow in his throat.
"T-The Antivirus...it's here..."
"Well shit." Nick remarked they all sighed...how were they gonna save Jeremy's Squips now? Especially if they weren't even on?
