"Wonpil you're late!" Jae hassled the boy as he ran into the practice room practically throwing his things on the floor.

He ran a hand through his hair, "I could've just not come!" He replied anxiously as he placed himself behind the electronic keyboard in the back by the speakers.

"You wouldn't..." Jae murmured in disbelief.

Wonpil grinned and nodded his head, "I should've." Frowning he noticed the practice room was still mostly empty. Sighing he muttered, "Dowoon isn't even here yet why are you harassing me?"

"Cause you're still late. He's just more late." Brian chimed in from in front of the keyboard.

Sungjin sighed, "it's kind of hard to practice without a drum."

"He'll be here. If not he'll have to face the wrath of Jae!" Jae rambled confidently.

There was a long drawn out silence then the other three burst out laughing. Brian adding, "oh my god, so terrifying!" He cried jokingly while shaking his hands dramatically, and running over to hold Wonpil. The two stood there fake crying while holding each other as Jae's glare set in on them. Then they finished with a round of laughter.

Finally the room went silent as Dowoon came flying through the door nearly crashing into Sungjin as he was making his way across the room. "I missed the bus." The youngest admitted as he scrambled to the drum set in the back of the room.

After about an hour of good practice the five stopped to take a break. As if his brother senses were tingling Jae murmured, "I forgot to mention I'm babysitting today, you may or may not see-"

"Hello!" Lacey chimed as she entered the room with a certain glow about her. She paused to read the room then muttered, "wow, who drained the life out of you guys?" She checked the time on her phone before adding, "it's only been an hour."

"Hey an hour is a long time okay?" Brian fought back half heartedly.

Lacey shook her head, "you guys have it easy working on your own schedule."

"Okay well drawing isn't even that hard. It isn't physically draining." Wonpil added, then realizing what he said he covered his mouth. "Why did I say that?" He murmured to Dowoon with genuine curiosity.

Dowoon patted Wonpil on the back before murmuring, "I really valued our friendship. I'll see you on the other side."

Lacey frowned, "one, I used to play music too and my teacher was way more strict than this I play at least three hours a day. And two, come here." Slowly the boy stood up and walked over to Lacey, everyone holding their breath. She handed over her mini sketchbook, that she'd been using since Brian snatched up her normal one, and a pen. "If it's not that hard, recreate any of my drawings."

Wonpil flipped through the pages, "these are pictures though." Lacey sighed and waited for him to try a bit harder. Then after an almost inaudible gasp Wonpil glared at the paper then looked to the other members and whispered, "they aren't pictures. What am I going to do."

Lacey couldn't help her slight laugh as she slowly pried the mini book from his hands. "Don't talk without using your head okay? It could get you beaten up."

"Dang man she just let you off that easily." Jae called. "Mercy has really shined down on you."

Rolling her eyes Lacey murmured, "I'm literally way smaller than all of you what's the worst I could do?"

"You're not that small." Dowoon replied confidently.

Jae shook his head, "she's like a baby bird."

"Baby birds are ugly though." Lacey pouted.

Jae nodded his head, "exactly which is why I'm the favorite child. But anyways. She's like a baby bird because she's light weight, weak, and ugly."

"Oh my god I'm related to a pathological idiot." Lacey murmured.

Wonpil turned to Dowoon and showed the boy his hands which he was purposely shaking, "I can feel the sibling rivalry in my soul." They giggled quietly before they both started to bounce around the practice room because..... well no one knows why they do half the things they do.

"Jae your literally just as weak as me if not more!" Lacey continued to argue.

"Bet!" Was all her brother would say in reply.

Sighing Sungjin entered the situation and said, "why don't we settle this. You two should arm wrestle. Winner gets bragging rights."

"Bet!" Jae yelled.... again....

The two laid down on the floor, elbows glued to the ground.

Sighing, Lacey muttered, "I forgot I have to touch your clammy hands for this."

"Your the meanest sister ever." Jae muttered.

Lacey frowned, "you're really not all that man..."

She finally clasped her hand around her brothers and once Sungjin said so they both gave it their all. To any outsider watching it probably looked like two old people like slowly slapping each other and not exerting any force in doing so. But to Lacey and Jae it was like the avengers vs. Thanos level action.

"This is really depressing." Sungjin whispered to Brian who sat beside him helping him spectate. Brian could only nod in agreement.

Then, by some miracle, Lacey spent her last bit of energy and slammed Jae's hand onto the carpet. "Ha! Who's the weak link know!" Lacey bragged as she stood up and brushed her shoulder.

"This is just really.... really sad." Brian murmured back to Sungjin as they watched the two continue to yell at each other.

Sungjin laughed to himself then said, "shut it down."

"What?" Brian questioned.

Sungjin smiled, "she's literally got toothpicks for arms, go shut it down so we don't have to hear about this for the rest of our lives."

"Aw that's mean though." Brian complained.

Sungjin shrugged, "way to let your feelings show."

"Hey now, that's not what this is about." Brian muttered.

"Do it." Sungjin egged him on.

Brian rolled his eyes, "only because I want to get back to practice." He sighed as he walked over to Lacey, and challenged her. It took maybe two seconds before Brian won the arm wrestle.

"Wow I figured you'd at least let me win." Lacey whined as she sat up slowly.

Brian sighed, "never."
