We soon finished our project and went to school the next day with our outfits on. People laughed and pointed at us, but we had a part to play.
George seemed a bit worried. He was always sort of shy, so this is a big thing for him.
"Hey," I walked up to him. "It's going to be okay. Everyone's gonna love this." I smiled at him.
"You sure?" He sounded really nervous.
"I'm sure. Come on." I dragged him to class.
He chuckled a bit, and took my hand in his. My face went red as I felt that. Our hands fit together so perfectly.
We walked in and sat down in our spots, him in front of me and me behind him. Again, I started to daydream of the boy.
His face was so dreamy, and the way he moved complimented that. He took his hand and moved it to mine. He looked into my eyes and leaned in.
"Y/n." He smiled.
"Y/n? We're up." George chuckled and stood up.
"Oh sorry." I laughed nervously and went into the front of the class. The kids snickered at us but we stood confidently, cookie crowns placed on our heads.
We talked about royalty for a bit, then our presentation was over. We sat back down and I smiled at him. "Nice job King George Harrison."
"And nice job to you, my queen." He winked and chuckled. That made me blush, a lot.
Soon everyone finished their presentations, I still think ours was the best.
I watched the back of his head. I wish I could see his handsome face. I love everything about him. I do like his hair though. It looks very soft.
His head turned and he looked at me. He started to chuckle. "Always dreaming."
I blushed and looked down. He put his hand under my chin, and lifted my head up. I felt my face flush. Why was he doing this?
"Y/n." He chuckled some more. "You gotta stop day dreaming." He let go of my chin, but I kept staring into his beautiful brown eyes.
"I'm sorry." I started to put my things away because I thought it was the end of class. He grabbed my backpack.
"What are you doing?" He smiled. "We still have thirty minutes."
"Oh." I laughed and blushed even more. I tried to grab my backpack but he wouldn't let me have it back. That's when we got in trouble.
"Ms. L/n! Mr. Harrison!" Our teacher yelled and George immediately faced the front of the classroom, in the process his set down my backpack.
"Sorry." He said quickly, and looked down at his worksheet.
"I am too." I pulled my backpack closer to me and took out the work I needed.
The teacher sighed. "Don't do it again." The kids started to snicker. "I'm letting you off easy because your presentation was the best in the class." The snickering stopped.
I couldn't help but smile at that. I poked him quickly and giggled. "Quit it!" I heard his whisper. I poked him again.
We finished the rest of our classes and then the bell rang to leave. I felt a cold hand grab mine, and I looked. It was Paul.
I gave him a confused grin. "Uhh Paul..." I looked at our hands. "What are you doing?" I looked back at him.
He blushed and moved his hand away, but then put his arm around my shoulder and pulled me closer. "I've decided." He kissed my cheek.
"Paul...but..." I looked at him. "We can't...I'm sorry you're like a brother to me." I pulled back.
"Fine." He looked hurt, and walked off. His body language, he looked very sad and disappointed. What have I done?
"Everything alright Y/n?" George came up from behind me, watching the same boy.
"Paul...." I ran after him. I didn't care if I tripped anyone who was walking down the hall. I needed to make Paul feel better. "Paul!" I grabbed his arm, making him turn around quickly.
"Leave me alone..." He had tears running down his face, and he was as pale as a ghost. I wiped his tears away.
"Oh Paul." I hugged him. "I'm so sorry, Paul." He hugged me back and cried into my hair.
"I'm sorry. I want her Y/n, but she hates me. She absolutly despises me." He said through sobs. Poor guy was crying in school, and people were giving him strange looks.
"Paul, you deserve better than her." I pulled away and looked at him. He was devastated.
"I want her." He repeated. "I want her so badly." He looked down when George came over.
"Hey, what's wrong?" He looked at McCartney. "Paul?"
"Paul, she's not worth it. I promise." I told him, grabbing his hands.
He couldn't stop crying, and it broke my heart. I pulled him into another hug.
"What happened?" George looked at Paul with pure concern. You could tell they were really good friends.
"Paulie..hey." I looked up at him. "Everything will be ok." I smiled at him, but he didn't smile back.
"Paul, what's wrong?" George put his hand on Paul's back, and looked at him. His frown tore me apart.
Paul let out a shakey sigh. "I'm ok now, thanks."
I wiped away the rest of his tears, he had seemed to calm down now. His eyes were a beautiful hazel. "I'll always be here for you James."
"Don't call me James." He chuckled and sniffed.
"What happened?" George asked as we walked out of the school.
"Girls." Paul laughed and looked at the ground. "They confuse me."
George sighed. "Same."
"Hey I'm right here!" I laughed and slapped both of their arms. "Guys are mean." I folded my arms.
They both laughed. "We're not mean!" George exclaimed, throwing his arms on the air.
I rolled my eyes playfully and giggled a bit. "You boys...".
Paul mimicked me, but he added a sigh. "You girls...".
