Recap: "No whats great for her is being with her sister..... I want to see them."The judge nodded and took me to the couple waiting for her. As we got closer they stood up. "So can we keep her?"

Chapter 13

I aggressively replied "She not a fucking toy to keep!" The lady frowned and sat back down.

The man took over "Im sorry who are you to be talking to us like that?"

"She's... The sister" said Judge brown.

"Oh... Hi. Um im Brain and this is Silvia." said the man...Brian. And pointed to his wife.

"We would really take care of her and give her anything she wants." said the lady regaining her happiness.

"No you cant. You cant give her, her sister." I said madly.

"Why yes Im expecting a baby girl. She would be Jenny's sister" said the lady with a big smile.

"Ok 1. Her name is Jenessa YOU can never call er Jenny! Got it?!" I was practacly on top of them. The nodded but frowned " and 2. That child of your would never replace me as Jenny's sister."

Judge brown at this moment was trying to get me away from them cus it looked like i'd kill them.

"Come one court is gonna began."

Before we left the lady grabbed my arm and said "Please think about it we can give her a better life. She needs a family." I yanked my arm away.

What about me? Aren't I Jenessa's Family? I have been for the past 2 years!

"Court back in session" yelled Judge. "Stella Potter have you made your dissicion?"

The two couple kept roaming in my head. Should i do it. "YES. I'd want him in jail! On one condition i keep Jenessa with me."

"But your---" i cut her off.

"I know im not old enough but she needs me! Im her blood! Please i it doesnt work out i'll take her to the station."

The judge was thinking about it. Until she asked "where would you live.?"

James mom spoke up "They can come live with us!" i looked over to smile and saw james shaking his head.

"Stella? What do you think?" said judge brown.

"id love to but watt do You say?"

"You can be with jenny." When the Judge said that I jumped i excitement.

"I herby pronounce this man in jail for 30 years for first hand child abuse (IDK if thats real or whatnot.). Take him away"

I walked up to elizabeth to thank her for practically saving me. "Um Elizabeth?" she stopped and turned to me "Thank you... for saving me. if it wasnt for you I would have been dead."

"No problem sweetie I'm just glad your safe." she smiled and disappeared in the open doors.

I went to James and his moms where they were talking, James almost yelling. As I got closer i heard what he was saying.

"No mom! I don't want her to live with us!"

"Why not James? You said she was your best friend!"

"I don't care i don't want her with us!"

"Oh goodness james. Your being silly! You've known Stella for years! You don't have to be embarrassed of anything!" she started giggling.

"NO! TELL HER TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE!"
